Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we're sorry to hear the experience hasn't been as smooth as we'd like.

We'd love to understand a bit more about what felt difficult with the templates so we can look into it further and improve.

As for moving the timeline around, there is a drag and drop option available directly within Edit Timeline — you can see how it works here: https://support.officetimeline.com/rearrange-tasks-by-dragging-and-dropping . This should allow you to reposition everything without having to redo any of the boxes or elements, which should save you a lot of time.

The kind words about our team truly made our day — thank you!

We'd like to shed some light on the compatibility side — we do support Mac, however the add-in is built for Windows only, so the Online version would be the right fit for you.

We also noticed you've been trying the Online version and ran into an issue — we're already working on getting that sorted so you can get back on track.

Since the add-in license you recently purchased isn't compatible with Mac, we'd be happy to process a refund and help you get set up with an Online license instead — just let us know if that works for you!

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you sharing this, and I’m sorry to hear your experience wasn’t as expected.

At the moment, the PowerPoint add-in isn’t compatible with macOS (including Parallels or other virtual environments). For Mac users, we usually recommend Office Timeline Online since it runs in the browser, though it does have a different feature set than the add-in.

We also really value your suggestion around linking plan and actual data from different sheets — thank you for calling that out.
