When I booked the agent was helpful and efficient. Because of the possibility of not travelling due to Covid-19, he suggested I wait until the day before travelling to confirm and pay. He gave me a reference number. All went ahead smoothly as he promised. Thank you.

Clear terms and conditions . I found them very helpful when I needed to change travel dates due to Covid. Have used several time and will continue to do so.

Excellent live chat which offered the extra service I required with Individualized covering letter to appease the demands of the Covid fearful countries I must enter.

I needed insurance for a weeks holiday in Cyprus, I have a medical condition, I found OK to travel had the most reasonable offer, hence I took their insurance for myself and my husband.
Wound use again and would recommend to others.

I had 'OK To Travel' recommended to me by another insurance company who were unable to assist with my travel plans, from my initial call to the final sending of the documents i really couldn't have asked for a better service.
I spoke with three staff over a number of calls and all were brilliant, bent over backwards to sort me out.

The deal what I got for my daughter and I was very good deal.

Insurance was provided fast and efficiently, with all medical questions that were asked were asked in a very precise manner.

I was looking on a comparison website & chose OK, but then I had a problem & decided to ring them. I ended up getting a much better deal by ringing than on the website. So I am very happy!

Absolutely dreadful. I had an infection abroad and had to have hospital treatment. When I claimed for the cost of this, it appeared the company was purposefully obstructive, not giving me the relevant information, not answering emails, not anweringmy questions, giving conflicting instructions and explanations by phone and emails, etc etc. It dragged on and on and on which added to the stress of being unwell. If I had not been so determined, I am sure they would not have paid the hospital bill and this only many months later. As it was, I eventually waived the costs for all subsequent GP visits and examinations because I could not cope any more. I can only say that I would never, ever recommend this company, quite the opposite actually. I have actually kept all their emails.

Purchased an OK TO TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY from AllClear Travel Insurance - while we were away on holiday my wife hurt her back and required urgent medical treatment we submitted a claim form after we came back to TIFgroup ( the claim handlers ) and received £500 despite rejecting this sum - the cost of her treatment discounted by the hospital was £8300 we were told they would reconsider if we supplied a letter from the Doctor saying the treatment was urgent and an emergency, we emailed this to the claims handler on the 6th September, despite numerous complaints to them they tell us how sorry they are, someone will contact us, someone has contacted us, someone is looking into it, but no answer to our claim so it looks like the next step is the Financial Ombudsman Service. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING TRAVEL INSURANCE I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU AVOID ANY OF THESE COMPANIES IF YOU MAKE A CLAIM THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE
Update 24/9/19 Now saying after 18 days the Surgeons letter wasn't sufficient and there 2 doctors know better - they know how to drag their heels - 9/10/19 we have complained to OK Travel Insurance we have complained to AllClear travel the broker and to TIFgroup the claim handlers and they are all very sorry to hear about the problems and someone will be in touch and they do get in touch but take an age to respond and basically are no help at all - avoid as you may be as sorry as us if you need to claim.
