Ayesha Yunus has helped me with 2 property transactions and was brilliant. She dealt professionally and effectively with a challenging counterparty, was a great communicator and on top of requirements such as fire safety. I would definitely use her again.

Shocking
Shocking. Ayesha Yunus was leading on a property purchase transaction and paid £40,000 to the purchaser when the contract clearly stated it should have been paid to the vendors. Have reported this inept solicitor and firm to the Solicitor Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman. Our conveyancers have also submitted a report to the SRA highlighting the lack of cooperation by Ola Leslie and the disastrous payment of £ 40k to the wrong participants in the transaction.

You are not a client of this firm. We cannot do anything without our client's instructions as is the case with all solicitors. The SRA confirmed that there was no misconduct involved on our part and in these circumstances we would request that you remove this libellous review.

Extremely professional and personal service from start to finish , I had a very tight deadline to meet and Ayesha who dealt with my case was super diligent and exceeded my expectations .I was recommended the firm by a Freind after my usual solicitors were unable to deal with my case and ola Leslie did not disappoint, I will be using them again very soon.

Hidden fees. Be cautious.
The turn around was somewhat quick (with some significant pestering) however we were extremely disappointed with several hidden charges that had not been previously discussed. Had we known, we would have sought solicitors elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. Our terms and conditions refer to the circumstances where one's fees and disbursements are likely to differ from our original estimate. We are always up front about costs before they are charged to give our clients the option of whether they wish to proceed further. Additional costs can arise in instances where additional work is required when were not advised about the same at the time of quoting on a fixed fee basis. Can you email us with your name and the details of your transaction so that we can look into this for you please for completeness?
Im so disappointed yet I will give them a chance
I honestly tried to give them the benefit of doubt and I am still trying to see if they will return funds that they said they are returning due to me not being happy with the communication. Im not going to make a big deal today I will wait till tomorrow to see if they will respond to my emails and return my funds knowing that I needed it for the undertaking to my lender. Lets see if I get a response before I go for laying all out for all to see what I have had to go through with this firm very disappointed.

This review was very disappointing to read. We worked extremely hard on every attempt that you had to raise finance, which you were unfortunately unable to. Due to the demands you were making on a subsequent attempt to raise finance we urged you to go elsewhere and returned your money on account to you in within a very reasonable turnaround time.
