Scam!! I did receive my product but it was fake so sent it back and they said I could have my refund for my product and postage.... heard nothing since. I’ve emailed and emailed and I’ve got nothing!

This place is a scam I ordered a PS4 controller and it never shipped good thing I used PayPal so I should get my money back but I used the sites messaging system and never got a response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM SITE.

Ordered a Oakland Raiders Dad Jersey in May..$69..99..Haven't received nothing but a fax tracking number..BUYERS BE AWARE..

I would not buy from them. Fortunately I have not processed my payment and it was luckly I could see this review before I make the payment. I left picked items in cart then I have received email from them saying their credit card system does not work and asking me to make payment with Venmo or bitcoin. I am not sure how safe are those methods, but I definitely will not buy from them. As some of other reviewers mentioned below, they have normal domain such as XXX.com but the site transfers to XXX.Mybigcommerce.com when you are trying to checkout. This is how I came to find the site may be scam.

A lot fo people on our facebook group got taken in by this. Rest assured we are not letting it go as a "lesson learned"!! We are all filing police reports, disputing with paypal...which ours did go through... and our banks/credit card companies!! I am also posting on the BBB and calling them as well. Also calling any congressman I can who deals with this....

THIS IS A SPOOF SITE that replicated the real one. It takes you to the mybigcommerce shopping cart site that takes your money and provides no download link. Do not ever trust mybigcommerce shopping cart. Not bigcommerce, a different business. Beware mybigcommerce.

From what im hearing its a scam... i was about to buy a wallet from them. EVERYONE a good sign to check if its a scam is to look at the URL for the payment page, if there is no little padlock check them out before putting in bank card details!

its a fake store front. Apple watch series 2 for 170. Go to checkout and select PayPal. Then completes order without being sent to paypal to log in and confirm payment. Website page says to send gift card to some random email address (major red flag people...come on) because PayPal hasn't been working (its not working b/c its fake). You guys should be ashamed of stealing money from hard working people just trying to find a good deal.

MyBigCommerce harbors scammers that will rip you off. Avoid at all costs

Mybigcommerce.com is a SITE FOR EASILY BUILDING PROFESSIONAL-LOOKING WEBSITES that are SCAMS EVEN LISTED ON GOOGLE SHOPPING.

Recently, I had my own $160 problem with mybigcommerce.com, Lala Store (lala-shop7.mybigcommerce.com ; store-29c529dc2c.mybigcommerce.com/), which was nearly a $200 problem with a connected store, Rose Store (rose-store38.mybigcommerce.com ; store-rbbeo6j818.mybigcommerce.com/), although the "item" was cheaper on the Lala Store, because it was (listed as) the Canadian branch of their store, at which the US dollar is stronger than at a US store, which accounted for the difference in price.

Both of those links now lead FALSE "DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE" notices, because THOSE STORES HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR BEING CHARGED WITH DEFRAUDING CONSUMERS.

So, mybigcommerce.com is LYING, STILL, ABOUT THOSE SITES, because they are NOT "DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE," AT ALL, but rather, they are UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. In other words, mybigcommerce.com is essentially CRIMINALLY COMPLICIT by VIRTUALLY/ELECTRONICALLY HARBORING CRIMINALS.

Heretofore, I had always trusted stores that were listed on Google Shopping, because it would SEEM that the largest Internet search site in the world, which has an ARRAY OF SERVICES SUCH AS GOOGLE SHOPPING.

So, while I ONCE TRUSTED GOOGLE SHOPPING -- NOT ANYMORE. I COMPLETELY DISTRUST GOOGKE SHOPPING AND WOULD NEED TO SEE A SITE I DON'T know, from past experience, FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS, BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM. That's a pity, because many reputable sites PAY MONEY TO BE LISTED ON GOOGLE SHOPPING.

Now, to me and many others I know, the implicit "Seal of Approval" that had come with being featured on Google Shopping, is NOT WORTH A DIME. So, sending information about one's store's prices to Google Shopping is WORTHLESS, for building a new, reputable online store, to me and many I know, as well as all those others, on this site, who have had similar experiences with sites hosted/harbored by mybigcommerce.com.

BOTTOM LINE: I would suggest NOBODY makes ANY TRANSACTION with a site hosted by MYBIGCOMMERCE.COM. If they will LIE TO YOU FOR CRIMINALS, then THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THEMSELVES.

(I personally know about TWO BUSINESSES for whom they are lying, as part of hosting their criminal scam online stores -- and I have PDF copies for ALL their criminal behavior, including those from tonight, when they are continuing to lie and cover up criminal activity they've hosted.)

I bought an Item order #661 incoredy9.mybigcommerece.com and paid through amazon egift card of 29.99$ to irpeoplet@aol dot com . on August 2 2017 and showed the status Awaiting Fulfillment and also checked my orders on amazon it got redeemed and site is unavailable on August 3 2017 no status updates cannot reach them. It is scam please beware of it. and please suggest if there is a way that I could money back.

Bought an apple smart watch on this site around may 10 2017. Apple 2 large faced for 170.00. Sent Amazon gift card got confirmation from big commerce that payment was received on order #431. Was contacted next day by Bundle Shopee that they had received the order and it was in the process of being shipped. Said within 30 days or my money back. Haven't heard a thing since. Sent several emails to bundle shopee and no answer. I have all documentation on the whole process. Want my money back or the product I ordered.

Ordered a product $20.00 lower on this site and it was a scam/fraudulent site after checking on my order made on 06/24/2016: herbspro3.mybigcommerce.com Seems that they allow fraudulent websites. Do not pay by gift card as I made the stupid mistake of doing even though hearing about scammers only taking gift card payments. Website was down when I checked 07/05/2017.

They are issued certificates for scam websites. No clear way to report that to them.

Ordered this on 11-10-16.they took the money out of my account but i have yet to receive my product. Tried to contact with no response

These guys are frauds. they shipped me a duplicated beats headphones from china and now not responding to my emails. Is there a way to sue them ?

Have been fighting with seller for over a month to have fake headphones returned. Store name was digitech
