My 75 year mum ordered a coat at the beginning of August and still not arrived!! She has contacted them many of times to be told everytime ‘it will arrive next week!’ Now she has asked for a refund in several emails and no response! Customer service has been awful. Will be taking it further now.

I bought a pair of trousers that when they arrived were like pyjama bottoms. I left a review on tik tok only to be contacted by the company asking me to delete it. Silly me I did as they said they would send me something for free but haven’t heard from them since. AVOID

Pretty sure they’re running a scam. Ordered one item in good faith with a 2-4 day delivery window cited. Two weeks later not a single notification to let me know what’s going on or if/when I can expect delivery. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting updates and, now, a refund, however these have been met with silence. This business is openly acting in bad faith and should be avoided at all costs.

Don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a jogging suit 3 weeks ago ... Money was paid from my account on 1st June. Still haven't received jogging suit. Allegedly a staff member sent the jogging suit with wrong postcode and it's going to take up to 30 days for OMG to get the parcel back. Customer service is diabolical ... Quick to take people's hard earned cash but not interested if you have an issue with anything.

Received my order but wrote a review saying not a fan of the joggers as the material was shiny and looked quite cheap so would not be wearing, they asked for me to take the review down and I would receive a free item, I thought ok fair enough will do that, took my review off and picked an item, month later still haven’t received and was being spoke to quite rude and sarcastic as it was only a free item, but yes nothing was sent to me and they said twice it was sent, no tracking details nothing lol

Shocking company.
Ordered 8 days ago n marked as dispatched 7 days ago but they havent dispatched anything as EVRi still do not have this parcel.
Don’t respond to any emails , customer service are very rude when they do answer on messenger not really a way to run a business, now going through my bank for a charge back as good have not been received,
They are disgusting.

I returned an item from here a month ago and there has been no refund made. I have contacted them via email, but no one has responded. I was able to obtain a phone number and I messaged someone from the company And I asked them about the refund. They kept saying the refund will be done tomorrow, tomorrow came the refund never happened then they said it will happen next week, next week came the refund never happened etc. They kept giving me new time frames, but never living up to it. They said 7 to 10 days it’s been over 30 days. The person kept saying their global company they have hundreds of returns to do they can’t keep up which is a pathetic excuse. The person also said I’m probably at the bottom of the queue because I’ve emailed them multiple times. I emailed them 27 days ago… crazy. Don’t order from here the quality is crap hence why I returned it and when you return it they’ll just keep your money and not respond to your emails, And if they do bother to message you back, they will say they’re refunding it but they aren’t. LIARRRRSS

Shouldn’t even get a star. But I returned a co ord which looked nothing like the photo on the website. I have emailed multiple times for an update on the email have heard nothing back. Got a phone number of the company and the person keeps saying the refund will be done but nothing has happened yet. They keep extending and changing what they say. Don’t order from here the quality is bad and the refund doesn’t even take place. They just keep your money and don’t give it back.

Ordered a co ord horrid quality which I saw others say the same thing so I genuinely have no clue how they have good reviews, possibly the influencers they have paid to pretend they like it is a factor, anyway the co ord was extremely see through, totally unwearable outside of the house, I have better quality pyjamas so wouldn’t even wear around the house, left a review as it was £17.99 down from £21.99, which I have had co orders from elsewhere miles better in quality for less so I left my honest review, they responded asking me if I want a free item etc and the bad review hurts their business. Very strange in my opinion as their first thing to come to mind was how it effects them, this is something u should discuss with your team, not me. They asked me is it that bad etc and I gave my honest opinion and I was actually holding back, they then send multiple messages lots of spelling mistakes as if they were typing in anger, telling me to educate myself, if I want good quality up my budged, have a nice evening 250,000 people love their set tonight. This honestly made me laugh so much but how can any company think that’s acceptable, I was not rude once, very strange. AVOID

Ordered over 2 weeks ag for 2-4 days delivery, i'm still waiting over 2 weeks later, no contact, updates or anything, ive sent 3 emails and had absolutely nothing back!! will never order from this company ever again absolutely shocking service

Bought some great leapard print trousers from this site . I've had soooo many compliments about them . Price was reasonable and the serive was great.

BEWARE of this company. I returned my article weeks ago and despite numerous emails and phone calls. I have not received my refund!

Do not use this Company absolutely appalling customer service they will ignore you or be rude to you when you have an issue with your items. My items were received completely wrong instead of agreeing to provide a prepaid label for me to return them. They argued with me that it was the correct item despite photo evidence, absolutely appalled by customer service had this before with any company

I am absolutly disgusted with the customer service! I emailed the company on the 11th of July about my refund on returned items I even attached my returns receipt and never received an email back, it is now 3 months later no refund or response from emails!!! Do not order otherwise you will not get your money back

Ordered the Abigail wide leg loggers in three different colours. Honestly, don't bother. The worst quality and material. The fit of these is horrendous. I'm a 10-12 but bought a large as I prefer my joggers baggy. These are definitely not true to size and run very small. I left this review on TikTok and was contacted asking would I like a product for free if I delete my review as they ‘like to leave happy customers’ I agreed and made my selection on 3rd October. Chased up on the 8th for tracking and was asked for my surname. Gave it and was told the item was sent. Chased up again 25th October and got the following reply: ‘we asked for full name, can’t just put Lauren on’ after they told me it had left on the 8th. I replied and told them to shove it in a polite way. They can keep it. Shocking products, shocking service, don’t bother!

Worst company to deal with, rude and unprofessional WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
