To be honest technician did not come at the time it was scheduled, somebody called and asked for OTP. i refused to give. after 3 days from scheduled visit they gave 3 calls and closed the case. So eas... もっと見る

Not trusted insurance broker
Not trusted insurance broker. Poor service. Finding the ways to decline the refund. Trust your manufacturer for a warranty than these insurance brokers. They couldn't able to clarify queries. By saying apologies, they are closing the case.

Refusing to process the claim on arbitrary grounds and rejecting the planned repair.
Extremely terrible services and processes.
Total consumer harassment. Regret buying the plan. Total waste of money and time.

Extremely horrible service as they have been telling my 80 year old dad for the past week that device will be collected, and no one has bothered to collect the device. Is this how they treat a super senior citizen? NEVER RECOMMEND...THEY ARE A CON COMPANY
Update:
They collected the phone after bad review and had mislead the Samsung service centre that the device is not in warranty and they have arrived at a settlement of less than half the price of the handset which was used only for less than 3 months from date of purchase

Worst possible customer service
Worst possible customer service, if one assist could be given minus 10, That is the rating they deserve, My Ac had a water leakage problem,Paid them INR 599, After their technician visit, the water is still dripping, Kept complaining to customer care. No support, no refund. Stay away from this fraud company
