@OneDayOnly management, either do something about your operational processes + company culture, or re-hire for ALL OneDayOnly agents - all have ZERO customer service!!

2nd review-in space of 1 week-on same issue-matter still NOT resolved!!

Purchased item, logged return on same day it was delivered. Followed-up today on refund. WhatsApp agent initially chatted but later stopped responding?? Then received email from Ayanda advising that refund was not submitted (had previously received email from Raul confirming item has been received and refund submitted) and I should wait a further 3-5 days for funds to reflect?? Surely it can’t be this hard for something so simple?

One Star – Absolute Disaster!
This is the WORST online shopping experience ever! I placed an order on January 8th. It’s now February 13th, and I STILL haven’t received it. On February 8th, I got a random message from "Customer Care" on WhatsApp, but since then—total silence. I’ve messaged them repeatedly, and they refuse to respond or give me a straight answer. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers! Avoid this platform at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Terrible customer services. They very simply just do not respond. Delivery times are shocking. Then item’s boxes arrive damaged …and there is not customer ‘service’ to help.
The deals really are not that good either so what’s the point of all the stress

I Ms P De Villiers highly upset and disappointed in Onedealaday since I bought a tv box from them which is faulty. After more than 8 days they tell me now to return the faulty item and that I must send it via a courier and pay for the courier which is very unfair I paid for the item and courier and item to be in working condition. But to my surprise it was an faulty product.I cannot trust this online company Onedealaday because they are not truthful and trustworthy selling faulty items then customers must pay for courier for returning the products.

If a company does not allow you to pick the phone up, give them a call and discuss an issue then they have failed themselves.

Generally very good service till you have a problem; their help centre is utterly useless; sitting with an unresolved problem for 18 days and they are sitting on my cash and I don’t have the product.

This was my first and last order. They use a useless courier company DPD laser where the drivers go to wrong addresses and don’t bother attempting to deliver at the right address. I called plenty times and I am still sitting with no parcel

I purchased a laptop on 28th sep. Intiated a return on the 4/9 item was picked up on the 5/9 . Only on the 20/9 after me following up was i told a refund was done to my credit card. Its now well over 5days. Todays the 2/10 still no refund, when you follow up you get told its escalated someone will get back, and so it continues all over again. No resolution non existant customer service would definately recommend people to be wary of this company. Order no 6662453.

Itvis anazing that these proke are still in business, i bought chairs from them in 2023. I had to get rid ofvthose chairs after trying to return them. They are scamners.

Pathetic Service - To say the least!!!
The service received (or lack thereof) for returning an item for refund is really non-existent.
I logged a return for an order about two weeks ago and have been following up constantly. Initially ODO responded with dates for collection - which obviously did not happen. There is really no customer service for returns/refunds - ZERO!!! I challenge anybody that is client centric (or even remotely willing to address this) to call me (Order: 6612529 ). DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!

However, on infrequent occasions, our suppliers only check the stock after we've run the deal. That in itself is not a problem - but it can lead to an issue like this where the stock is not available to dispatch and replacements are offered.

purchased a spray gun for an amount of R200. Cr card gets R205.00 deducted from it and then they attempted to take off US$ 128.00 (R2500) for some membership of an unknown entity.
To-date, I'm unable to track the delivery of the spray gun, contact them or even get a response from them. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS. WHY HAVE THE AUTHOROTIES NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SIMPLY BORDERLINE SCAM OPERATOR'S.

95% of their “deals” are fabricated. They are either not the cheapest in the market as they claim or inflate retail prices to their benefit.

Great example I saw today:
Instant vortex 6 in 1 air fryer 5.7l selling for R2999, retail R3600, saving 17%.

After some review I found this item listed on quite a few platforms and realised the retail/saving is inflated. The true saving is 1%, which was calculated by getting an average retail price in the market.

This inflated retail value appears to be used to create an illusion of greater savings, thereby potentially misleading customers to drive sales.

In my view it is in violation of the ASASA advertising code which state:
Misleading Claims: Advertisements should not contain any statement or visual presentation which, directly or by implication, omission, ambiguity, or exaggeration, is likely to mislead the consumer.

If it had a zero star rating I would rate it that. Its the worst company ever!!!!!!! I bought a sweeping vacuum, the thing does not even charge and they say its not there fault they dont send out broken products !!!!!!

I order a hanging Garden lamp. Received the lamp but not the hook to hang it on. I submitted a query and was told there was no email service available and I had to send a WhatsApp. I have now got THREE different WhatsApp numbers. Sent queries to all 3and have NEVER received a response. Been over a week. I am very, very unhappy with the non-existent customer support service. I will never order from them again.

I placed 4 orders and did an eft payment.Some products I ordered was birthday gifts . Discovered that all my orders was cancelled due to a bank system error on their side. No notifications nothing.After sending proof of payments again I was told to bad they will return my money within 3 to 5 days !!!!! Be warned delivery fees also very high where other companies offer free delivery. Will never ever recommend oneday omly !!!

My complaint:Did anyone else order the wood curtain pole set from decor centre and receive a plastic conduit pipe filled with thin steel rods.
On top of it all, only one rod and no rings or end pieces AND 2m long instead of 2.5m

What a Scam . I have not received any product just a charge on my credit card for " Subscribing for the discount" One day only do not actually provide products. Just a subscription to "Discounts" . They work with a company called Airboombox.com and share your credit card details for weekly subscription charges. Most of the reviews are fake when you try to contact them.

I bought an item from them, but they unlawfully subscribed me to two "services" and debited my account WITHOUT my authorization. I've reported these actions as fraud to my bank and cancelled my debit card to ensure they do not proceed with further illegal conduct. Unprofessional conduct and a company that is bogus - just stay away from them.
