I AM VERY SKEPTICAL
I Needed help for a loan for debt consolidation and I spoke to one of their agents who asked for my full social security number and wanted a debit card number for $14.99 to help fix my credit report. I said I wanted to at least talk to my spouse about it before financially committing to it, and the person was very persistent in an almost psychological way. I asked how much I can approved for and how much is my monthly payments going to be and the person didn't seem to know the answer to the question.
Very scary and risky transaction...

I'm sorry that our lending partner that you had a Pre-Approval with was unable to assist. We did the best we could, and are disappointed you feel that we're a scam. Pre-approvals are a good sign, but they are by no means an assured approval. Our lenders are the ones who make the final decision as to approval or decline.
Once you had that pre-approval, we wanted you to be aware of it. The failure of our lending partner to assist hurts us as well in more ways than one.
However, based your conversation with Robyn this morning, I feel I need to inform you of the fact that our lending partners only do Soft Credit Pulls to determine pre-approval, hard pulls come at the final approval phase. Soft Credit Pulls have no effect on your credit and do not bring your score down at all. We cannot say for certain what companies outside our network do, so if you have applied in multiple places, that may have had an effect.
I hope this helps you understand better about what may have happened. If you have any questions, please feel free to call Robyn or I back, Robyn has left you a voice mail with the number for our Client Relations department.

My name is Susan Ostrander and I got a text 2 days ago saying to complete my loan to call this number and the person I spoke to told me that I was supposed to be approved then I was sent over to Lexington law and I kept telling him i didn't want this and he kept insisting and signed me up for 14.95 and I just kept telling him no then never heard nack from one loan place so i called again yesterday and she said we sent an email and i never got it then she said she would semd it again never got it so I am very skeptical

I am so glad I did!!! A wonderful woman named Keiyah answered my call. And she was amazing made me feel like there's a chance. She was quick and knew what she was doing. Very polite and so helpful I actually felt some relief after talking to her. I haven't gotten approval from anywhere yet but I haven't had enough time to go through all the references that I got yet lol. I highly recommend these guys and seriously can't say thank you enough. 💕

This place is a joke
This place is a joke! They tell you that you are approved for a loan then transfer you to Lexington Law and they want money to repair your credit. One Loan Place then sends you a link that seems to be for a loan but you get denied then you call back and the lady says you were not supposed to apply. What the hell?!?! Call back the next day and she tells me I didn't follow the instructions so now they can't help me. In the meantime Lexington Law wants me to pay them over $100 each month to help me get a better credit score. What a scam!!!!!

Suffice to say, there was a point where our initial representative should have informed you that we could not assist at this time. In addition, at no point can One Loan Place guarantee a loan will be issued by any of our lending partners, we can only point you in the direction of lenders most likely able to approve you, so we apologize for our representative giving you the impression that approval was assured as well.

Beware. Not at all like my expectations or the reviews we read
This company clearly preys on individuals in vulnerable financial situations. Use caution. The representative I worked with made no effort to listen or understand; instead, he simply offloaded me onto one of their partners/clients to squeeze a dime out. If you can’t get a loan then they try to sell you a credit monitoring service and debt settlement sharks.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Total scam. Spoke with a rep, told him about all of my credit history. He said I was approved with a high interest rate and that he was going to put me through to credit counseling for a better rate. I told him I didn’t care about the rate, but got transferred anyway. He said to look for the email with loan terms. Received email with link to fill out all of my info again. Called back and was told by another rep that that page was for the lender. Filled it out again to be denied and offered payday loans. Stay away! They are liars.
