Very quick delivery and items packed with care and consideration. It felt like I was opening a present from a close friend. Very pleased with the selection of items and if I was in a position to, I would have bought so many more things! This won't be the only purchase I make and will be recommending to my friends!

I visited their stall at the lunar new year market in Manchester and bought the cutest my neighbour totoro keychain !! they had such a great variety of stuff for sale and i will definitely buy from them again

I ordered the Sanrio 2026 mystery pack and am so happy with the cute stationery items inside.
There was a slight issue with the postage, but it was sorted extremely quickly and I got my parcel with no hassle after that.
Overall, would recommend this shop!
Especially if you love supporting small businesses and also cute Asian stationery!!

Very happy to find items available here that weren't in stock in local shops. Prices and service was great, fast delivery with everything packed in a very nicely wrapped bundle and some cute extra stickers.

They provide a great service by sourcing hard to find stationery items and shipping within the uk. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent.

What a fantastic team! The one oneministore team offered orders of an exclusive teddy bear to Hong Kong, and I was lucky enough to be able to secure one of them. The deposit, final payment and postage was so simple and well organised. They were very supportive and patient. They helped me with personalisation, showing me examples and making suggestions for it to look the best. I am SO HAPPY with my log-on bear, and for the wonderful freebies and thank you note. Great experience!

I met this small business owner, Kennis, at a stationery event called Stationery Fest. I had ready gotten great feedback from a friend who shopped with them before, so I was quite optimist before even meeting Kennis at the event.
She gave a lot of personalized attention, and knew what things I might love, always with a smile on her face.
The products are of great quality, super super cute, and these are things that are difficult to find in Europe.
Well worth it! Highly recommend.
