If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I basically returned an item 7 months ago and they kept promising that my refund would arrive soon. And it never did. And when I tried to follow up on why I haven’t received my refund, they would give me the run around and say things like “please be patient while we work with our billing department.” Ummmm it’s been 7 months. How long do I need to be patient for. No valid reason and no follow up from this company about the status of my refund. When I asked to speak to someone over phone they would not provide a customer service number. Also the number posted on their website never works. Why?? Probably because they’re a scam and like to keep people’s money instead of refunding them as they should when an item is returned. Dishonest, scammy behavior.

This company has some serious issues with their return policy and customer service department. I returned a bikini in June, following the instructions provided by their service department. It's been more than four months later and I still haven't received the refund or an explanation of what's causing the delay. Customer service keeps replying "we are experiencing delays" but no further explanation as to the nature of what's causing the delay and how/when it will be fixed. At this point they have the merchandise AND my money. What makes it worst is that it looks like there are many other customers experiencing the same issue. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
If they don't want to accept returns, they should simply update their return policy.

ZERO STARS- THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I returned my items well within the window and have proof of delivery to their address and have been fighting with them since June (It is now October) to get my refund. I am currently out $600 receiving generic emails saying they are working on it with no resolution. I now have to resort to suing this company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

If I could zero stars I would. Scam company. 3 months with no refund after return. Stopped responding to emails and their customer service number is inactive. Terrible company. Don’t buy from. Fake reviews. They turn their comments off for good reason.

I placed an order in mid-August for $226 dollars. The package was given a shipping label via Fedex that same day. The package was stuck with a "label has been provided" phase without moving for weeks. I had to reach out to the company to figure out what was going on, which was difficult to do. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail, and they give you an automated response with no follow up via social media. I finally got a hold of someone by email, and they told me that the package is delayed indefinitely due to tariffs. This is not information a customer should have to go on a scavenger hunt to get, they should've reached out to me first. I told them to cancel my order, which they say they have done, but there has been no refund issued. I am still waiting for my money.

Absolute nightmare of an experience returning for a refund. My return was postmarked as returned June 10th it is now September 12th, they have a 30-day money return guarantee...they blew that out of the water. I've been emailing them every two weeks and they use the same robotic response. I returned 3 items and received my refund for 2 items (late) and the third has just disappeared into thin air when they have probably already restocked and sold it. DO NOT ORDER

Never received, this is a scam

Awful customer service. First time buyer and I had a discount code. Nothing in my cart, order confirmation, or actual bag said refunds or exchanges are not valid if you have a discount code. My two bikinis are disgustingly small and now I’m stuck with a product that they won’t exchange because of their fine print. 0/10 customer service. And as others said, shipping takes forever. Do better!!!! Don’t have an online boutique and make it impossible for women to exchange to something that fits them! Do not shop here.

I have ordered from this brand consistently with purchases upwards of $300. I ordered from their sale page just recently and received multiple bikinis that I could not wear due to the size. I am 125 lbs, 28 years old, 5’4.5 tall and consistently order a small top and extra small bottom. I read reviews and I upsized on certain tops I was nervous about. I contacted customer service for an exchange and was met with zero cooperation on the current order but instead a 30% discount on future order…. I spent $350 dollars, ordered it on July 27th and didn’t receive it until August 18th on a purchase I can’t essentially use because it does not fit. Do better.

I had a very disappointing experience with One One Swimwear. First of all, it took an excruciating three weeks for them to ship my order. I reached out to customer service for an update, and they were extremely vague, offering no time frame or even confirmation of when my product would be shipped.

When the items finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the sizing was completely off. I ordered the same sizes I have in other suits from their brand, but both the top and bottom were significantly smaller. When I tried to return the items, I was told they weren't eligible for return because they had been discounted. However, there was no mention of this on the website—no "final sale" warning or any indication that returns weren’t possible for discounted items.

When I asked for clarification, the customer service team was dodgy and simply offered me a 30% off code for my next purchase. Why on earth would I want to buy from them again after such a frustrating experience? This company really needs to reevaluate their customer service and return policies. I definitely won’t be shopping with them again, and I would caution others to avoid them as well.

They’ve lost a customer for good, and frankly, they should go out of business if they continue operating like this.

I ordered two swimsuits and gave ample time for them to arrive before a trip I was going on. The shipping experience was bad enough to make me hesitate purchasing from them again, but I could get over it. The package did not arrive until a month later, missing the trip entirely, and when I tried to return one of the suits, I was told it was not eligible because it was discounted more than 30%. Nowhere on their website was this policy stated and I even sent a screenshot to prove that. The next day, they send an email with another screenshot where they clearly updated that section to cover themselves. This is incredibly deceitful and I will never purchase from them again and advise others to do the same.

Returned an order and never received a refund. They said they were still waiting to process after 2.5 months of the return being delivered and showing tracking. Scammed out of hundreds of dollars.

I was a first time shopper and ordered three swimsuits in different sizes to determine the right fit. There happen to be a 30% off sale going on when I was shopping. There was not an option to purchase the swimsuits at non-sale prices. It was also not clearly stated that if you purchase swimsuits at a discount, you could not return them.

All three of the swimsuits I ordered did not fit. They were also extremely uncomfortable. I had to email customer service to request a return at which point I was told that I could not return the items because I’d purchase them on sale. They were not willing to give me any exception or work with me on this. I have literally never encountered such a horrible return policy and will never be shopping with them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought a swimsuit in April and returned it in may and STILL haven't gotten my refund processed and It's the end of July. Had to reach out to the company again once I realized they hadn't sent me a refund back and they sent me this:
"Thank you for contacting us about your refund. We want to make sure you have the best option for you, so we want to remind you that you also have the option to receive store credit, make a size, silhouette or color change in lieu of a refund. If you prefer any of the above options let us know as soon as possible."
They clearly want to scam their customers.

I’ve had such a great experience with OneOne Swimwear! I currently own three of their bikinis, and I’m already eyeing more. The fit is super comfortable and really flattering on the body, which can be hard to find in swimwear. What I love most are the vibrant colors and fun patterns—they stay bright and beautiful even after multiple washes, which is such a win. The quality is top-notch. Swimsuits run very small.
