Amazing service
I ordered tablets on the 23rd December to help with allergies & short term insomnia and it was important I got them as soon as possible. I requested for 24 hr Royal Mail postage but did not have much hope as the following day was Christmas Eve. However on the same day I received an email with tracking information and within 24 hours I have now received the tablets.
I even emailed to ensure that they would be sent the same day & I received a prompt reply to confirm.
Great service, great communication & overall great customer service. Thank you.

Received my first prescription today and I'm blown away that it has arrived just 2 days after contacting my surgery. I had been using Superdrug for years but the past year has been dire with prescriptions taking more than a week to be ready. So pleased I've switched.

Always superb service.
Have used this service for several years for my flu jab.
Easy to use booking page on website, time slots that take into account that many of us work through the day and within minutes of arriving I am on my way. Flu jab administered.
Oh, if only my tax that funds the usual NHS service was put to such simple, courteous and efficient use!
Would highly recommend using this service.

Disappointed as zero communication
Sent my order but the delivery address was incomplete as my house number was missed off the label (even though I had completed the order correctly) I sent numerous emails to explain what had happened and received no response. I tried to order again thinking if I left a note on the new order to explain they may get in touch - but once again my order confirmation showed an incomplete delivery address despite me triple checking this before submitting. Very very frustrating!
