Quality wasn’t as good as last time, granules aren’t as soluble. Seem to be using them quicker too despite reduced pool use. Service was good. Price wasn’t as competitive as last time.

Good Afternoon
I do apologise for the delay with the courier company. We despatched your order on the 1st of September, on a next day delivery service. We have not been made aware of any issues with the parcel/delivery. If we had been made aware, we could have contacted the courier to find out what the issues were. I have checked with the courier company and I can see that the parcel is due for delivery today. It's always disappointing when we receive a 1 star review without being contacted firstly, especially from a customer that has been buying from us for 8 years. Again, please accept my apologies for the delay.

I am so sorry to give you 1 star
I am so sorry to give you 1 star. The package arrived on time. The box was in a bad condition. It was ripped completely. I bought the box in to my hallway. When I later came to get the package open it had leaked over my hallway carpet. There was none left whatsoever. To make things worse it has chemicals in it. It has completely ruined my carpet. My daughter has been very unwell. I have tried to clean it up to no satisfaction. I am worried. I spoke to Amazon who have told my to measure the carpet. The carpet runs from my hallway, up the stairs and on to the landing. I am devastated. Amazon said to let them know of the measurements so it can be replaced. It must have been leaking before the item was delivered. Surely the driver must of seen that it was leaking. I really would like to know your thoughts on the matter.

I'm sorry to hear that you received a damaged parcel.
Are you sure you bought it from us? The only order we have on record from yourself is for Chlorine Tablets and you bought those directly from us not through Amazon. Our Chlorine Tablets are packed in a UN approved bucket and each tablet is individually packed into sealed bags. If the outer box and bucket were both damaged in transit, the tablets would still be in their individual bags. I'm not quite sure how they would leak and leave you with no product. I have just emailed you using your order, could you provide me with more information.

Reliable and Prompt Service
I have used Online Pool Chemicals for several years, and have always been pleased with the products and the service. They are always packaged carefully and arrive quickly. I have never had a problem with an order.
