Thanks for the 5 star review! I am sorry to hear that customs did not tape up your parcel properly.
We now offer a new platinum delivery service, with this option, orders will be delivered to our office where we can inspect them and ensure they are packaged properly before they are delivered to the customer.

The bad: not in stock when I made my purchase, so had to wait longer, and had to chase for a tracking number. And DPD is a bad choice of carrier: try making a complaint or even talking to someone when they make an error. Seriously, try it and see how hard it is.
The good: item arrived as bought, and (less for DPD multiple errors) on time.
The great: really good communication from Lydia who worked hard to solve problems and chased orders and DPD.
