Caution to applicants: I applied for 225 drumcliffe drive and paid the $65 per applicant application fee. Shortly after, I received a generic rejection text stating another applicant was chosen, yet the house remains listed for rent on multiple sites. This appears to be a pattern of collecting application fees without actually filling the vacancy.

Russell did my yearly inspection today and he was amazing as usual. He is super professional, super quick and friendly. He is the best for sure!!!

Working with ON Q since day one have been quite easy. Forester makes everything clear and easy to understand during the onboarding process. Everything so far have been excellent!

On Q Property Management Company has been very easy to work with. From the start Ireland was helpful with getting me to understand how everything works. Caleb and Forester were helpful with making sure that I have the rental move-in ready. Then I was assigned a property manager named Dominic. He has been wonderful. The rental was off of the market within a week. Together they made my dream come true, and I am truly grateful and honored to have them represent me. By the way, there prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. You all are definitely appreciated. Keep up the great work!!

Thank you Russel for coming by to do my house inspection you were very helpful and nice!

I had a rental home inspection done by Russell Aston from On Q Property Management, and I was really pleased with the experience. He showed up right on time and was very respectful throughout the entire inspection. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and I appreciated how easy he made the whole process.

I wouldn’t recommend. They are always hard to get in touch with and do very little to help the owner. I paid for what was supposed to be eviction protection in case the tenants started paying late however once the renters paid late or even excessively late, On Q takes the late fees and/or doesn’t collect them at all. You may as well manage the property yourself.

Had good experience with On Q property management! We have been in our property for about 10 months and had no issue with the place and any minor fixes was meet really quickly.

Russell who stoped by to do a general inspection was really nice and communicated clearly and moved really quick
