I had such a great experience on the Totally Morocco tour! Our guide, Houcine, looked after us extremely well and was really good company. He was always on hand to smooth out any difficulties. The local guides were excellent too, some of the best I’d ever had. The tour was very well organised and included such a variety of places and landscapes. I would definitely recommend On the Go Tours.

I did a 13 day tour of Europe. On The Go Tours contracted out to Europamundo. On The Go Tours is great; used them twice and the communication, etc is stellar. However, beware of Europamundo. I had an issue with a roommate's unbearably loud snoring not allowing me to get any sleep. I had to request a separate room because it was so bad, Europamundo would do absolutely nothing to help me (the guide did, he was wonderful) but I ended up paying extra to solve an issue I did not create as there was no 'aggressive' behaviour. The tour was already really expensive but Europamundo would not comp me a room for 2 nights. Pretty shitty customer service and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very comprehensive tour. Aziz, our guide, made the good decision to detour to Tangier and made the drive much less convoluted. Plus it added a city missed in the originally planned itinerary. Kudos. Shout out to Zaid the driver for the many costume changes.

We have just completed a fantastic 10 day tour of Vietnam, traveling from North to South. From being picked up at arrivals until final drop-off, we were treated as VIPs, nothing being too much trouble. Our guide, Trinh Sy, was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his country's history and background, which only added to our enjoyment of every excursion. It was this attention to detail, along with the small friendly family group of fellow tourists, went a long way to making each outing seem so much more personal.
The accommodation varied between great to excellent, and the food was always of a high standard.
Special mention should be made of the staff/crew of the Au Co cruiser at Halong Bay, who surprised my wife on her birthday with a celebratory cake !

Our 13-day "Best of Morocco Tour" with "On the Go Tours" was truly unforgettable and carefully organized from start to finish. Our guide Mustapha I. handled every detail with professionalism, flexibility, care and genuine hospitality.
The local guides and drivers were second to none. The Mercedes vehicles were clean and comfortable and the accommodation choices were very good.
We highly recommend "On the Go Tours". We won't hesitate to tour with them again in our future travels.

Our guide (Sy Trin) was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Vietnam, he was thoughtful and caring and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip, I highly recommend all travellers to book with On The Go Tours and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Sy as your guide

I was disappointed that my “8 day tour” was really 5 days on one tour plus a separate 1 day city tour. As a solo traveler it made it harder to bond with my fellow travelers. The guide was great, hotels were nice, but Taiwan was kinda boring. My best time was on my own on Dihua Street sampling street food. Taiwan was easy and safe, but now that I’m in Hanoi this is a better vibe (edgy).

Just back from a fab 7 day camping tour of the big 5 national parks.
The tour is well planned, taking in the amazing natural wonders. Got some good hikes in. Some upto about 3 miles, others shorter. But no pressure for anyone in the group to do more than we felt comfortable with.
9 of us on the tour from age 38+.
2 UK, 3 Australians, 4 USA, a fun bunch.
And our tour guide & driver Joe was brilliant! Informative, fun, a fabulous chef, prepping great lunches and campfire breakfasts for those of us camping. Always happy to try to fulfil any requests on route and sharing great tips to get the best out of each park visit.
Thankyou for an unforgettable trip, definitely one we would recommend.

From the moment we met Sy Trinh in
Hanoi we knew we were in safe hands. His deep knowledge of Vietnam, the history and culture was so interesting. He took the anxiety out of our trip by being very organised and communicative. The Cyclo tour, egg coffee, Ha Long bay, checking us in to hotels, keeping us hydrated and giving us the time we needed to pause was fantastic. We did the BaNa Hills add on. It didn’t disappoint. The highlight was the bike ride through HoiAn ancient town , the markets and through rice fields. The hotels were comfortable, well located and clean. We were happy they had pools at each as it was very hot. Also the Mekong river Sampan was fabulous. Sy and his kindness, exceeded our expectations. He was also good fun and our 15 year old son got along well with him. When we crossed into Cambodia he was reassuring and made it an easy transition. We thoroughly recommend this tour. Thank you Sy.

This review for City of Sultans 12 Days Grand Turkey Tour. My review is based on the dates March 29, 2026 through April 9, 2026.
The tour did not add up to a 5 Star experience. My grade is 3 stars based on the following:
1) The hotel accommodation in Istanbul, Legacy Ottoman Hotel, is far from a 5 star hotel. This hotel targets low cost tourist budgets and is in need of many improvements. I made my tour packager, On the Go Tours, aware of my concerns based on established reviews and was told after checking with City of Sultans that all issues at the hotel have been resolved.
Not even close – the room assigned was dingy, poorly lit and the safe did not function. We waited 3 hours for the hotel staff to drill into and open the safe.
The breakfast food is way below average. Eggs were cold and overall
2) Fortunately, City of Sultans changed our Istanbul hotel accommodations to the slightly better Hotel Amira for the final night of the tour.
3) The Best of Istanbul in 1 Day was disappointing. The tour guide went through the paces and persuaded us to skip Topkapi Palace due to wait times and renovations.
4) Tourist Trap carpet, leather goods, ceramic and jewelry . Each tour day, all tours had multiple stops at vendor locations. NOWHERE IN THE DOCUMENTATION DESCRIBING EACH DAY’S ACTIVITIES IS THERE MENTION OF TOURIST TRAP STOPS TO ATTEND SALES PRESENTAITONS.
At least two hours a day are wasted and my research indicates the tour company and/or tour guide is paid a commission!
5) In Cappadocia we were placed in a bargain basement hotel which amounted to a bare mountain cabin. City of Sultans told us the hotel in the marketing materials, Fresco Caves, was under renovation. Funny, Booking.com showed room availability and we were stuck at the bare bones / dirty hotel for a night. City of Sultans changed out room for the last 2 nights. I feel we were placed in a way below marketed experience either for budget purposes or lack of care to details and concern for the tourist.

All in all, I am disappointed in City of Sultans and highly recommend any tourist considering their tour packages to avoid this tour operator.

Well organised trip with a great guide on our China Express 8 day trip! It was jam packed and so much to see. A great way to get a taste of China. From the Great Wall, Terra-cotta Warriors, travelling between cities on the Bullet Train, enjoying great meals together, and cycling on the city wall in Xi’an to name a few highlights. Definitely makes you want to go back!

From the beginning, the booking experience with Anthony, who helped us tremendously! But the love of the country was passed on to us by Omar and Jaouad!! These guides were so experienced and knowledgeable! Everything was perfect, including Solomon as our driver! I never felt threatened or endangered, quite the opposite, it was first class care and we were waited on as if we were royalty! I would highly recommend On The Go Tours to all who want the best!

We did the Very Vietnam tour in March 2026. Hung was our guide and made the trip even more sensational. The hotels were really good. We really liked the Signature M Village in Hanoi (late change from a different one). The boat, scenery, and activities in HaLong Bay were fabulous. Even the train was quite good - better than what I was expecting. The whole itinerary was perfect and the right amount of time in each place. The group was very good, but what made the trip was our guide. Hung was well organised and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us lots of information on Vietnamese history, landmarks, tips on where to go and what to eat, as well as stories of his life. We had a boat ride, a train, and a domestic flight which all went smoothly. No mean feat! I would recommend On The Go for a trip to Vietnam.

My 1st time in Morocco, and my 1st time travelling with On The Go Tours, and it wont be my last.
Our guide Houcine and driver Hassan are a couple of genuine Berber men, with values and customs based on kindness, consideration and professionalism. We felt that we were welcomed into a Moroccan family for our whole trip.
Hassan (a true gentleman)drove with such care, not just obeying all the rules of the road, and tour bus driving, but ensuring that our ride was super comfortable.
Houcine has great knowledge and passion for his country and customs. He went above and beyond to ensure our every want/need was catered for. No question was left unanswered, and a great many laughs were shared among us all.
We parted company like saying a sad farewell to family members, and our group has been fondly reliving Houcineisms since leaving him behind.
Our accommodations were mostly traditional Riads, and we have enjoyed staying in each of them. Their varying architecture each beautiful in their own unique style.
I highly recommend travelling with On The Go Tours in Morocco, and especially if you are able to have Houcine and Hassan show, and share with you their country.

Our guide Houcine made this trip around Morocco absolutely amazing. There was nothing he couldn't do, from translating, getting us some upgrades, assisting with bargaining and prices. Hassan was our driver and wonderful as well. Very safe driver in a country where driving can get creative. By the end of the trip they were apart of the crew. They even managed to surprise one of our group with a birthday cake for his birthday. How many guides would go out of their way for that?

We did a 6 person private Morocco tour and could not recommend them highly enough. Our guide Houcine was both friendly and knowledgeable. Our driver Hassan was very good and assisted us each day. The accomodation was excellent and the pace of the tour was just right with some great walks and guided tours through the mosques Medinas and Kasbahs.

Clear communication: from booking to any queries : great help and Support on hand - Best of Morocco Tour : Jaouad our Tour Guide was there for every step of the way and looked after us impeccably : we could not have asked for a better guide he was 10*+ ~ his help, guidance and support was amazing! Our driver Samir was superb: he drove carefully and considerately for the hundreds of kilometres we covered across Morocco: Both Jaouad and Samir made our trip extra special with their kind and considerate personalities : The tour has a rather busy pace packing in as much as possible: but this is commensurate with the many things to be seen in such an expanse diverse country : it was phenomenal!
Both our driver and guide were kinsmen and were
well versed with the beauty and diversity of the whole of Morocco and were perfectly provided to give us an absolutely amazing perspective and experience of their country’s history and origins :
It’s not a relaxing holiday as there is much to see
and it is important to understand the Moroccan culture and way of life is very possibly different to your own : so it is important to not expect your ‘home’ creature comforts: accommodation levels are of differing levels depending on location., but provide depth to the travelling experience: embrace it ! Alcohol is not widely served: so if you want a tipple ask your guide who will do their best to accommodate you : the Moroccan people are incredibly friendly and every accommodation we stayed in they did they absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible : please be courteous and respectful and remember you are a visitor in their country : go with an open mind and embrace the experience and you will have an amazing time ! Our guide Jaouad looked after us exceptionally well : he made sure we were versed with safety points and was always on hand if we needed him in our ‘own’ time : he went the extra mile and we are grateful to him for making us feel safe and looked after during our amazing trip through Morocco - thank you xx

From the moment Geoff and I touched down in Hanoi, Hung was the perfect guide to kick off our incredible Vietnam adventure. Hung’s enthusiasm and warmth made every moment feel special, inviting us to savor each experience, soak up the history, and truly enjoy the journey we were on.

In Hanoi, the city’s energy was infectious — scooters buzzing, ancient streets glowing with warm light, and a rhythm that woke all our senses. Hung shared stories with charm and insight, helping us slow down just enough to listen to the city’s heartbeat.

Our Ha Long Bay night was magical. We drifted through emerald seas under a velvet sky, the limestone karsts standing like guardians above us. It was one of those moments you pause for, realizing how vast and beautiful the world can be.

Hue, Da Nang, and Hoi An followed with their own unique magic. Hung’s recommendations for temples, tombs, and lantern-lit streets added depth to each place, while the food, scents, and sunsets left us smiling from ear to ear. The Sun World/Sun City excursion was a highlight too — breathtaking views, thrilling rides, and a blend of traditional and contemporary entertainment.

Even the Vespa ride, which I wouldn’t normally choose, became a highlight of the trip, thanks to Hung’s careful planning and the carefree holiday vibe.

Saigon was a perfect finale: a dynamic mix of colonial charm and modern energy, delicious regional flavors, and memorable stops like the Cu Chi Tunnels that reminded us of the broader history of the country.

Overall, Hung made our Vietnamese chapter unforgettable. His guidance helped us form lasting memories with friends on trains, boats, lantern-lit mornings, and a sense of the vast world waiting beyond each horizon. We’re grateful for Hung’s kindness, expertise, and genuine care. Highly recommended!
