Opatra en Plaza Norte me sorprendió muchÃsimo. Invertà en sus productos y un dispositivo facial, y tras usarlos constantemente mi piel se ve más joven, elástica y luminosa. Es de esas compras que al principio dudas⊠pero luego agradeces. Atención impecable y resultados reales.
Fui a la tienda de Núñez de Balboa
Fui a la tienda de Núñez de Balboa, me abordaron en la calle y después de insistir acepté pasar a que me hagan una demostración. Probaron sobre mi mano un peeling y bajo el método de venta agresiva y presionando para que tomes decisión rápido me ofrecieron una oferta de tónico, un limpiador facial y el peeling en 240⬠y cada vez bajando más hasta que dijeron que me lo dejan en 100⬠y me regalan un tratamiento facial. Se negaron darme tiket en papel y me lo enviaron por correó electrónico , por lo tanto me vi obligada a facilitarlo.
Volvà al establecimiento para que me hicieran el tratamiento que entraba en la oferte y fue pésimo. Me atendió Vanessa, acaba de fumar y según me aplicaba el producto en la cara me hablaba con lo cual el holor que desprendÃa de su boca era vomitivo. Nada higiénico y paro dos veces el proceso para ir a comer unas cosas que le dejo una compañera en una habitación. Cuando acabo el proceso empezó otra vez la venta agresivaâŠofreciendo un pack en 480â¬, luego añaden una máquina más y pide 520â¬, luego quitan productos y baja a 400â¬, luego me dicen que me dejan sus puntos y se queda en 380â¬, luego quitan todos los productos y me quieren vender solo la máquina en 200⬠y de ultima solo una crema en 100â¬. A todo esto estando medio tumbada en el sofá y sin poder incorporarme. Presionando que la oferta era solo aquel dÃa y que tenÃa que cogerlo ya. Conseguà salir sin comprar pero con mal estar por la situación de presión que he sentido. Cuando llegue a casa, cogi a revisar los productos que compré dÃas antes del tratamiento y para mi sorpresa el jabón tiene roto el pulsador y no funciona y el peeling estaba empezado.

I visited the Professional Beauty Business Summit at Olympia in March with every intention of purchasing a Dermalux LED device for my new Beauty Boutique when I inadvertently stumbled across Opatra's stand there. I have to say this has worked out so well for me! I showed interest in their Dermasonic II device and Kristina was more than helpful in sharing her knowledge and experience of how well it works - and it does - as well as demonstrating how easy it is to utilise on your clients and even yourself if need be. She was ever so patient going above and beyond to respond to my many questions, even the more challenging ones which was when she brought in her colleague who actually designed some of the equipment and who could share with me the more scientific underpinning knowledge that I was seeking. Kristina also took me through the Skin Essentials skincare and some of the other devices that may prove useful in my salon.
I admit I was sceptical at first. I have been in the beauty and aesthetic industry for over 35 years now as an educator as well as aesthetician and have used an extensive range of very pricey devices that didn't always deliver; however on seeing how well the demonstration worked, and reading through the information Kristina shared I was impressed enough to make a purchase of nearly all that was recommended, and I have not regretted it since.
I and my clients love how well the devices work, and regular use of the Opatra skincare range really improves the texture, feel and look of my clients skin. Add the exceptional customer service that I have received from Kristina and her team, I know that going forward with Opatra is the best option for making a success of my business, so happy I opted for them!

I was stopped by Marianne at the Ideal Home Show, at first I was sceptical about these devices, as I previously had heard mixed things. However from the second I sat in the chair for my demonstration, Marianne made me feel so comfortable and showed me the devices in the most brilliant way, she was not pushy and really explained the use of them well. I could not be more thrilled to buy a product from such a genuine salesperson. Will be purchasing again !
