Thieves.
I ordered and paid for an hour call with Angela with the view to get her help filling in an DLA form. Angela was great and very helpful. Then I paid for the price stated on the website for Angela to draft the DLA application. I waited a month and had to chase them. I got a 'sorry its late, its done now but it took longer than expected so you have to pay more'.
I asked why I was expected to pay more and got a reply saying its stated on their website. It isn't. I questioned again and also chased the invoice for this extra payment and to date I haven't heard anything back from them. I've put read receipts on all my consequent emails so I know they've read them. So at the moment they've taken my money and kept it without providing the product I paid for.
I'm not sure what kind of a professional company thinks this behaviour is ok but it's shocking.
I'm currently attempting to get my money back via PayPal and if this doesn't work I will go through the small claims court.
So please be aware if you give this company your money. You may not get it back.
