Don't use this unless you absolutely have to.
Absolutely terrible scam
Absolutely terrible scam. 100 Mbps free, or 200 Mbps for £60 yearly. The WiFi was meant to be included in the accomodation - why do I have to go through a menu and pick 'Yearly' to get to the free option (paid options show up first) - Optify trying to swindle people out more money. Also the WiFi is inconsistent and keeps disconnecting devices. Very annoying.

Inconsistent internet since almost a month. The usual chain of exchange of mails and phone call with customer service team, and courtesies but no resolutions so far. The fix can come from a booster/router to be placed to enhance the bandwidth. Am very disappointed as it is impacting my spouse reputation as he is unable to do his remote job. My kid is unable to attend her online tuitions.

Signed up for it, never got a connection at the place where I live. After endless (!) discussions with customer service they offered a 2 months credit but no refund. No reason for me taking a credit if connection is not working.
No answer on why, requests for talking to management didn't happen.
3 months later now, service still not functioning and no refund.

BB router never dispatched even when they said it was dispatched.
Ordered the broadband on the 9th Nov. They said the router will arrive in 7-10 days. Made a few calls in between to check on progress. Now it is after 10 days and I called them. They said they are arranging it now 21st Nov. So what happened all those days they said to me it's being sent to me and on uts way. No I hear its not even been processed. Made multiple calls yesterday and asked to speak to manager. They said that the manager will definately get back on the day. Waited till 6.30pm and called again. They said manager will call tomorrow which is today. So I called today and asked for manager. They said he will call me back today. Waitied for nothing for 2 weeks. What a waste of my time and energy. Unacceptable level of professionalism. I have to say the customer service team did speak to me in a calm manner and tried to resolve it. However the processing and communications with other teams must be addressed asap. I cancelled my subs.

The internet was off for few weeks. The download speed never reaches whatever is claimed. The internet keeps disconnecting. The router they provide is pretty old. Unable to assign static IP to any of our devices.
If I could give zero stars I could
If I could give zero stars I would. Weâve just been changed over to their onboarding and had the router removed. Zero information on how to reconnect to the devices called multiple times given different answers each time. I figured it out with 2 things in the end. Been told now needs to go to âtroubleshootingâ team who surprise surprise donât work weekends and only 8-5pm Monday to Friday. Appalling service. The irony of the entire network going down as I try to send this review so having to switch to data on my phone is the cherry on the cake!
Cancelled Contract Randomly
They cancelled the contract without notifying us or our housing contractor. They claimed to have a 24/7 service yet when we contacted them at 7pm they did not respond. They haven't emailed our housing contractor back either Terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague!
Utterly useless. Avoid
Utterly useless. Internet was great 200mbps down 200mbs up. Something happened (idk what because they dont care enough to investigate) and now it is terribly slow with high packet loss and ping latency, particularly in the evenings (I live in a shared student accomodation). I've been in contact with them for nearly 4 months now and every time I send them some speed test results they reply a week later saying they think they've fixed the issue (they haven't). Avoid at all costs.

Finally, today, through our house provider, we found out that they cut the house's contract early and I guess were just not telling us for fun?? Would not recommend.
Level of customer service is shocking
Level of customer service is shocking - my house mates and I collectively we have been in touch with their support staff on six occasions since March this year to replace a router which isn't fit for purpose.,
Each time we have been assured that the issue has been resolved before the ticket is closed without actually interacting with us or sending out an engineer to have a look at it. Problem persists, and it is having a significant impact on our ability to work from home which is affecting our productivity.

Not the best
Not great recently moved into a property that needs connecting. After multiple emails, live chats and phone calls i'm still unable to get an installation date. Somebody on the phone also said a manager would get in contact and email me it's been a week since then and no communication at all.
Useless Customer Service
I've been their customer for almost 3 years. Internet service is fine, hardly falls, but not the most stable speed wise.
But the worst part is the customer support.
I spent a week calling them trying to get an ETA for an engineer come to fix the optical fiber cable.
Reached even a manager NO ONE can give me an ETA.
I'm not a full anger person, we do understand that we are leaving on hard times and everyone is understaffed.
But not even a long ETA they would give me.
I reached a manager, and even then were just as clueless on time.
In the end, I'm almost a week without internet and still with no estimate for an engineer to come and fix.
Wouldn't recommend at all.
Obs: the customer service people were never rude to me, the problem is not the people working in there. It's the administration of repairs and unreliability of the company itself.
3 weeks with poor internet and no fix
I hired 50Mbs 6 months ago, most of the time is fine. Once in a while when the internet goes down for an evening or a couple of days.
For the last 3 weeks I have been with speeds of 3 Mbs and they can't fix it and there is no timetable to fix it.

Optify customer support is not helpful. Although, credit where it is due, they do have a phone number so you can speak to someone. And then they are still useless. If you pay your bill a day late they suspend your service immediately but when they don't deliver what they should then they don't communicate with you, are slow to fix the problem and never compensate customers for the poor service. Optify is a terrible broadband provider.
