the app was fine and we used it for maybe a year. But then we wanted to pause it andtehn accidentally paid for a whole year. Even though we have been long time partners they did not care at all.

They know we just paid more than 800 dolalrs for something we couldnt use at the time and they refused to pay us back. This is the first time i have ever experiences someone so money hungry, because we had a very good relationship before that. Now they just wanted to take as much money as possible and not care about customer relation.

We were looking forward to working with them in the future but now not so much.

Stay away from this company, they are not honest human beings.

Great tool; does everything it should
Optimonk is very easy to use and has a lot of usefull features. The only downside is that you go through your impressions rather quickly; and it's not always clear how this is calculated.

The product itself is really easy to use and very good marketing tool, but the customer service is above excellent since their start. Super fast and helpful customer service, who even fix your mistake instead of telling you how to do it.

The software makes it easy to create popup ads and surveys, with the support team being super responsive and nice.

Optimonk has been charging us blind for over 2 years without issuing any invoices, so we didn't know about it. So disappointing that after multiple attempts at getting a refund for a service we were not aware we were paying for that they offered us 3 months free use of their software. Honestly, really bad form on their part and illegal not to send us invoices. I think for a company that earns millions in revenue to dupe a small business, admitting their error that there was a "glitch" that prevented us from getting invoices and then refusing to help us is just so miserable. How you do anything, is how you do everything I guess. Their customer care has been as abysmal as their business practices. Small businesses please avoid.

I've tried various different lead gen apps for woo and I must say, Optimonk has been the best, hands down. Their form builder is super easy to use to make great looking forms. It's easy to install and use. Their customer customer service is top-notch, always responding quick and always great at helping resolve any challenges that come up. Very pleased and would HIGHLY recommend Optimonk!
