I wold like to give 1 star. The worst company ever. Since my mom was moved from Telekom to Orange ,she dos not have internet and home phone,and no internet on the celphonORANGE 2 month pay for nothing. Bin asked to folow a suvey and live a feedback. I click on the link and this is wat comes. Look the picture.Huuuuuu! Shame on this so called Company.

Nu sunt serioși, abonamentul creste lunar din motive inventate de ei, ofertele nu se aplica asa cum promit și personal incompetent.NU RECOMAND.Orange România.....

Worst company ever.My mother had a contract with Telekom for internet and satellite and she never had an issue.Orange bought Telekom and from that moment the nightmare started and after months she can't sort it.Because of a mistake from Orange, now she has 2 contracts for internet for the same address on her name and a different contract for satellite but with a different amount than initially agreed. The engineer came to install the fiber optic twice and she has 2 routers. She still calls Orange everyday and her problem is not sorted yet.She receives bill after bill and nobody knows why and for what contract. Orange Romania was always like that, very difficult to get rid of them after you are their client.

I am a paying customer of orange but I pay in vain, no service or solution is actually provided. My internet suddenly stopped working and it’s now more than 7 days since I am writing them every day to ask for repairing. They keep updating the ticket, they gave me a deadline which was not respected and I had to find extra cost solution as I depend on the internet for work.
They suport service is one of the worse possible, and the issue cannot be escalated.
I do not recommend to anyone. If you have a problem, then you cannot rely on them to care or solve it.

They took away my net after 2 says of recharging it

De evitat cu orice pret! Eu nu am ales niciodata acest provider pentru serviciile de internet; am devenit clientul lor cand au preluat fostul Telekom (cu care nu au fost niciodata probleme). Saga a inceput cand in iunie acest an am cerut rezilierea contractului. A trebuit sa completez trei formulare pana sa se inregistreze unul dintre ele. Mi s-a spus ca ma va contacta un reprezentant. Nu m-a contactat nimeni. Peste trei saptamani o domnisoara m-a sunat ca sa imi ofere un nou contract. I-am spus ca eu am facut cerere de reziliere, nu ma intereseaza un nou contract. Cererea nu era in sistem. Am sunt la relatii clienti. Mi s-a spus ca cererea este in sistem. Le-am zis ca dupa data mentionata pe site, adica 30 de zile de la ultima factura ce a urmat cererii de reziliere, eu nu mai platesc nimic. Surpriza. Facturile au continuat sa vina. Am facut o reclamatie. Mi s-a transmis ca rezilierea este prevazuta pentru data de X, adica la peste doua luni de la prima cerere de reziliere. Am sunt iar la relatii clienti si am repetat ca solicit anularea oricarei facturi emise dupa data limita de reziliere, in caz contrar ma voi adresa Autoritatii Nationale Pentru Protectia Consumatorului. Intr-un final, dupa saptamni intregi, au trimis in sfarsit un reprezentant sa ridice echipamentul. La patru luni de la inceputul acestei povesti halucinante m-am trezit cu un telefon de la o companie care se ocupa de plata facturilor restante ca trebuie sa platesc ceva catre Orange!!! O factura pe care eu una nu am primit-o niciodata si nici nu stiam de existenta ei, pentru deplasarea echipajului care a ridicat echipamentul! Fireste ca am platit respectiva factura si cu asta am terminat orice relatie cu aceasta companie care nici macar o singura stea nu merita.

This is probably the worst company you can pick as a mobile operator. Shady business practices, stagnating Internet speeds, and unreliable signal in many areas outside of large cities. Stay away!

Acum doua zile iar le-a crapat reteaua... A mers 2 zile, azi iar nu merge internet TV.. domnilor, știe careva care se afla in aceeasi situatie, unde se poate reclama aceasta firma, cumva poate dispare de tot in zona Corbu(Constanta)..? Nu poti sa inveti ceva, sa lucrezi, sa traiesti in 2023 fara internet. ..dupa cum se vede, tot postez aici fiecare,, maintenanta,, poate o ajuta pe careva ulterior.. N-or fi toti tampiti sa se aboneze la mizeriile astea... 😤😡

Absolutely horrible service experience, 4 weeks of hell already went over 10 local store Turda Orange Express in Kaufman also called costumer service least 12 time to technical no service at my residence keep running me around. Want to cancel contract they can’t provide service. Save your stress don’t even go in their store you will regret.

Rețeaua de cablu și internet de la Orange cade, ca și astăzi, odată la 10-15 zile . Pachetul de internet cu viteza de 1000 Mbps merge în general la 160-250 Mbps, nici măcar jumătate. Internetul pe mobil e foarte prost, pe yt poți viziona fără întrerupere abia la 144p. Sunt foarte nemulțumit de serviciile lor, nu am luat niciun produs la abonament de la ei dar contractul a fost încheiat pe 2 ani. 👎👎👎👎👎.

Incompetenta si aroganta sunt cuvintele ce descriu cel mai bine comportamentul angajatilor orange romania. Oameni total nepregatiti in ceea ce fac si cu un comportament total nepotrivit fata de clienti. 1 stea este din oficiu dar sincer ar merita zero .

Cea mai ipocrita companie! NU RECOMAND! Stai 20 de min la telefon, pe banii tai , ca sa iti vorbeasca un robot si sa NU iti rezolve nimeni problema. Am uitat sa achit factura, in urmatorul minut m-au deconectat, am achitat, am trimis dovada platii, iau dupa 3 zile inca eram deconectata de la servicii. NU au asistenta sau suport , sunt doar minciuni. Multi angajati platiti degeaba. NU RECOMAND!! Isi bat joc de clienti. Cand era Telecomul, totul se rezolva in 10 min. Acum, e nevoie de o saptmana. Rusine.

Am rămas profund dezamăgită de experiența recentă cu Orange România. Tatăl meu în vârstă de 77 de ani a încheiat un contract pentru două telefoane mobile în magazinul Orange din Suceava. În ziua următoare, în termenul legal de 24 de ore, s-a întors la același magazin pentru a cere anularea contractului, însă cererea i-a fost refuzată.

Am contactat compania și mi s-a transmis că nu există nicio posibilitate de anulare a contractelor semnate în magazinele lor fizice, deși atât legea cât și site-ul Orange prevăd un termen de 24 ore pentru retragere. Consider această abordare înșelătoare și lipsită de respect față de consumatori.

Luând în considerare vârsta tatălui meu și modul abuziv în care i s-a refuzat dreptul legal de retragere, voi sesiza ANPC pentru investigarea situației și sancționarea companiei. Este inacceptabil ca Orange să profite de clienții vârstinici care se bazează pe informațiile oferite de reprezentanții companiei.

În consecință, nu pot recomanda serviciile Orange persoanelor apropiate, deoarece am serioase îndoieli că această companie respectă drepturile consumatorilor. Sper ca Orange să ia măsuri urgente pentru remedierea acestei probleme și pentru a-și recâștiga credibilitatea.

I wish there were less stars than 1 actually. While the service connectivity is ok throughout Romania, the pre-paid sims are a RIP OFF. If you just need a sim only to be able to receive calls or link it to a bank or a contract of any sorts, you basically have to spend money MONTHLY because there is a DEADLINE on the credit to be used :) Unused credit within their idiotic period assigned, cannot be used unless you make a new top up, I mean how much greedier can you get than this? Not to mention that your number can and will be assigned to a different person after it expires :)))) Third world mentality

Cea mai slabă și neserioasă companie,de peste 48 de ore nu este internet și televiziune, iar ei habar nu au ce se intâmplă,raspunsuri de tipul "verificăm,nu apare nimic la noi, este un incident,dar nu știm ce" etc.Termene de remediere nerespectate in mod repetat

Worse ever communication provider.

I did have two internet and TV contracts at two different locations in Timisoara.
At one address they stopped the service and after several exchanges of emails and phone calls , proving the invoice was paid I didn’t get a favourable response.More than that, they charge me for the termination of the contract!
At the second address they didn’t provide the service for ten days ,so I had to move to a different provider. They have had the arrogance to ask me to pay 300 lei in order to cancel the contract although the have been in the breach of it!After one months they still send invoices.
I can only say, stay away of Orange.

Zero stars actually or minus infinite !!!
I was an old customer and I didn't expect such a decline , degradation and dehumanization from them..Stay away from them because no one wants to literally throw money out the window..
They increased my subscription without the real explanation almost ten times more because they sneakly added 10 more numbers in an abusive manner without announcing, they communicate poorly or rather hide information , say something and do something else…Fraud and theft is an understatement..
I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before going to renew my subscription..

I want to give 0 stars but not possible. You should know that your VAT(19% TVA) it’s not included in your bill. They sell in euros so it doesn’t matter the cost of euro, they add to your bill even 2 different prices of the euro. On my bill the cost of the euro is 4.5 lei and after applying the VAT the cost of the euro changes to whatever they please, it will be wrote on the bill.Also, if you make a conference call that are not in the Orange network you will be billed. So finally, after 2 years I can go to another operator. I can’t wait to pass another 8 months to change the number for my company because I was stupid enough to make a business contract with them.

Bought a SIM card charged with 5€ credit. Booklet said SIM had 60 days of active time, and 365 days of grace time, since activated. 28 days later, service stopped. Asked in store, and they said active time isn’t the same with service time, but isn’t the same with grace time either. Nobody could explain me what active time was. And the booklet doesn’t explains it either, and doesn’t write a word about the only 28 days of service! Hiding information, misleading the client, lying, all this is called false representation of products and services, and is sanctioned by laws almost allover the World, and particularly in all EU countries.
