I cancelled subscription twice Still said they were sending Now again asking me to cancel on there site Please just unsubscribe me I do not have time or strength right now to keep doing this !

Sent me 4 bottles of product that is marked about to expire and claims "magically" its all fine because its tested to last another year coincidentally - thats not fair. Then put a sticker on the bottle. Can I see the actual test results? This company keeps going down hill from what it was years ago. Luckily, there are other options of both products through other companies with the same efficacy.

I've been shopping with Organic Olivia for 7-8 years. Liver Juice absolutely transformed my mental health in my luteal phase. I've loved everything I've ever purchased and will continue to shop with OO as long as possible.

I've been using several of OO's products for years now, and they have all been wonderful. I love that these are quality products with fair price points. The delivery is usually very quick as well. I always recommend OO to all of my friends and family.

Easy user interface for the most part, quick and reliable answers from the chatbot. Love her products, liver juice and lymph tonic are life changing, can’t wait to try my new ones.

Absolute nightmare customer service. Scam company. Makes cancelling subscriptions very hard and returns even harder. I have been fighting this company for weeks over $100. They are awful and could care less about you.Hoping to wear you out so you give up on your refund. I did not even open the box. They also use an independent courier-so you cannot refuse delivery. Products are not special either and over priced. Spend your money with a reputable business where they actually care about the customer with actions not cheap meaningless words.

I had a self-made ordering problem. When I reached out to customer service, they took care of the problem immediately. Great service ethic!

I've been purchasing from Organic Olivia for years because I genuinely believed in the quality of the products. Unfortunately, this recent experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

I placed an order on June 21, 2026. Now, more than two weeks later, the order has still not arrived, and the tracking never showed that USPS had even received the package.

Shipping issues happen. Customer service is what separates a good company from a bad experience. Instead of taking ownership, I received what felt like AI-generated template responses explaining that Organic Olivia was "required to follow the carrier's established timeframe" before they could help. In practice, that meant waiting more than 2½ weeks before they would even consider a replacement. For a company selling wellness and health products, that's simply not good enough.

For a company that markets itself as deeply invested in supporting women and health, I expect a much more thoughtful customer experience when something went wrong.

I hope this was an isolated incident, but based on my experience, I would be hesitant to order directly from Organic Olivia again, especially if you expect your product to arrive in a reasonable time frame.

Shipping is much faster than it used to be:)

I love the products I swear I think they are the reason I don’t get sick as much anymore.
