First time experience was absolutely amazing, workers were really helpful and respectful. They took their time with helping find the perfect shoes on a special occasion which is thoughtful of them.

I had Kyah take care of all my needs at the origin kicks in Manchester today, couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be honest. Helped me with all sizes and how I could match my shoes with any outfits and that was really helpful, the service was excellent by all members of staff but especially Kyah.

I was served by Stephen
I was served by Stephen; he talked me through a lot of the shoes that I was curious about and answered all of the questions I had in great depth. Unfortunately, the shoes I wanted were not in stock but I’m now heavily considering purchasing some Jordan 4s. I will definitely be back.

Joseph, You have a wonderful employee here. Very friendly, and extremely personable. After working in customer service for 30 years in many capacities, those are the two most important qualities you can have!
Look forward to my next visit!!

Naeema and Andre were really helpful and friendly. Made us feel really welcomed here on our first day in Manchester. Would have definitely purchased if we had our size for the Travis that we wanted but overall still a great time.
