Gravel shirts
I bought 2 gravel shirts - they look great, good fit and feel great to wear. The price was good, but they do appear to be cheaply made, and particularly the floppy collar - I think it would look better and flap around less in the wind (cycling) if it were permanently stiffer, staying in place.

I ordered the size I normally wear
I ordered the size I normally wear, but the jersey received was like 3x too small. I reached out to customer (lack of) service to exchange item. At first they wanted me to spend $40 to send the item back to China (LOL)! The item was originally shipped from Vernon, CA so this made no sense at all. And along with that, offered for me to re-order with 20% discount. With that, I rejected this "offer" and offered to provide a bad review. A few days later another CSR reached out to offer this solution:
We’re sorry for the inconvenience with your order. To help, we can recreate the item in your preferred size . This will take about 2-3 weeks.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Preferred Size/Color: Please let us know which size you’d like.
2. Shipping Fee: Could you cover the shipping fee USD 20 for the new item? and we will cover new items' price and You won’t need to return the original one.
Once we have your confirmation, we’ll proceed with your new order right away.
Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to your reply.

From this response, it would seem I need to re-order the item and expect a refund? This is vague.
IMO, this return process is very convoluted and not easy for the customer. The right thing to do would be to exchange the item in the first place and to enter the details for the customer. Didn't happen.
At this point, I am inclined to cut my loss, write off the expense while I'm still ahead of the game, and submit this review that was requested by the seller. I will give my business to another provider with better service.

Very disappointed with the material…
Very disappointed with the material quality and workmanship. After initial wash the material being to flare. The sewing of the buttons was bad. The threading was bad.

4 star, it should be 5 star.
The 1 star is bec. of the local delivery(pls review your Malaysia last mile delivery) the tracking language is not accurate, which I don't understand and can't follow.
Got to give credit to Eric that follows up on my delivery (every step). Until I receive my parcel yesterday.
Thank you Eric and a blessed CNY to you.
If I buy again i hope Eric serves me. By than I hope some thing is done to the reporting on tracking especially in Malaysia.

Well made and warm jacket
The cycling jacket came on time and was well made. I only wish it had side pockets. Three pockets on the back would have been nice too. It only had a single left-side zippered phone pocket on the chest and a single pocket on the back.

Brilliant fit!
I have had issues for decades with bicycle kits. Sizing is incredibly varied, so the fit is a gamble. EVERYTHING, without exception, fit perfectly! The arms in the jersey fit my long ape arm, & the pants are nice & long with the waist fully adjustable. I will definitely be returning to order more bike kits.

Shirts have now been received, thankyou for sorting it out
Still not received shirts , Company not replied
company have since replied, suggesting item has been stolen from doorstep, cctv shows it was never delivered , they suggested i pay $20 postage for them to send me a new pair of shirts! i have paid the insurance for worry free delivery !!
worry free delivery is a con, they say i have to claim within 7 days of delivery , as i never had it delivered or was informed it was delivered how can i know this

I purchased two shirts and 1 pair of…
I purchased two shirts and 1 pair of socks.
The craftsmanship of the long sleave gravel jersey was sub par. The back pocket has a misplaced stich where it caught the pocket incorrectly on the corner.
The top of the shirt doesn't lay correctly around the neck, making the shirt uneven looking. Trying to make it look better and snaping the top button, shows how the top part is uneven, as it creates a bulge of fabric between the top two buttons. Finally the collar tips have, been cut slightly different one of them has a sharper point.
The socks and the short sleeve shirt I received our just fine.
I do like the patterns of the items I received.

Not worth the money
Bought the long sleeve jersey and it was a really bad quality piece of clothing. IT only had the one zippered pocket instead of the two/three pocket as other jerseys and I'll put that on me but the overall quality and fit was really bad. Baggy as all get out. The best I can use this for is a cover over other clothing on cold days. I wouldn't be seen wearing this jersey.
