Our beautiful Cotswold winged chair arrived 10 weeks after we ordered it. It’s was definitely worth the wait, it’s absolutely gorgeous and fits in so well with our other furniture! It’s extremely well made from quality materials and so comfortable!
The delivery was straightforward and we were kept informed and updated all the way!
Very very happy with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Oswald and Pablo again in the future!

Came across Oswald & Pablo’s stand at both The Great Yorkshire Show and the Southport Flower Show, we loved the furniture they had on display and the fact that it was made in the UK. What sold it to us was the fact they would deliver to the Isle of Man. The items arrived and we are thrilled with them, fabulous quality and style. Throughout the purchase and delivery they were a pleasure to deal with.

We've purchased the Conrad Chesterfield Wingchair and it is a lovely piece. Very comfortable and beautifully finished. The whole process of buying it was made exceptionally easy by Carly.
Delivery was a very smooth process and the delivery team were very helpful in placing it exactly where we needed it.

After finding Oswald &.Pablo online i nipped into the showroom at Clapham for a closer look. The guy in there was extremely helpful & helped with samples etc..
Ordered online was a smooth easy transaction.
My sofa & chair arrived on the week given at the time of order & there was quick responses to emails.
Delivery guys were excellent & set up my furniture in a efficient & friendly manner.
The quality is outstanding & look fantastic.
I will be back for a few additional items soon

I ordered 2 armchairs and they arrived ahead of the estimated time frame. I was notified every step of the way and Carly has been very helpful! They were very carefully packaged and I am more than pleased! They look really beautiful! Luxurious, expensive, well made and look exactly like the photo on the website. I highly recommend!!

From day 1 of contact, the team were helpful. The sample size sent was a great size, you could really see the colours. Ordered 2 armchairs delivered today. They are even better than expected. They are so well made, they are incredible. So pleased.
The delivery team were not the best and the company have been advised and apologised.

We are delighted with the two sofa's which arrived from Oswald and Pablo this week. They are so well made and comfy and look great in our cottage. They were delivered on time within the 10 week anticipated time period, and the delivery men were efficient and polite. Pleasure doing business with the firm, I can fully recommend them.

I bought a Dorset patchwork sofa and wing chair. I am very happy with the product, it's beautiful. Carly was very helpful as I wanted a change from the standard design. The delivery team were very helpful, small house and narrow doors. I would definitely order from them again.

She worked with us every step of the way, consistently updating us on our chair and wanted to make sure our needs were met. The patchwork chair is absolutely beautiful. Stunning craftsmanship. We've just had our chesterfield couches delivered. I'm so happy with them. The quality is excellent, and best of all they're not made abroad.
If you're looking for a chesterfield then look no further.

Their service is excellent from start to finish. We are over the moon with the superb craftsmanship of our Armchair, beautifully hand crafted and the detail is top notch. I can see my family fighting over who gets to sit in the armchair, as it is so comfortable, well done to the whole team, of craftsman.

We purchase a large chesterfield and snuggle chair a few years ago, we love the look and were really pleased with the finish and craftsmanship. They have worn well and still look great. I recently reached out to the team as we wanted to get different legs to accommodate the wood flooring better in our sitting room, they were prompt and efficient and the delivery arrived in a timely fashion. Thanks again for great service.

Ordered 2x 4 seater sofas, 2 x leather chairs and one footstool. Had an issue with the courier, and Matthew at Oswald & Pablo contacted me and sorted out the issue. He went above and beyond and provided fantastic customer service. Thanks Matthew :)

I bought what I thought was a beautiful suite of chair, footstools and a Chesterfield sofa from Oswald & Pablo, even paying extra for the cushions which were very well made.

Within just a few months the sofa seat had sunk so badly it became impossible to sit on comfortably. I contacted the company, explained the issue and even suggested ways it could be resolved. Their reply was simply that there was nothing they could do.

For an investment of over £4 k this is shocking. I’ve been left with an unusable sofa and appalling customer service. Please think very carefully before buying from this company.
