payé 39$ de frais de douane en plus de 12$ de frais de livraison, il est impossible de savoir les coûts avant le jour de la livraison !! j'ai demander de refuser le colis mais je devais payer les frais de douane et les frais de retour et les frais de livraison !! je n'aime pas quand les frais son caché !! Il se défend en disant que c'est indiquer sur une de leur page mais il ne dit pas combien cela va coûter... Une vrai arnaque et en plus pas moyen de rien négocier avec eux !!

I had an excellent experience with Otticanet. The customer service could not have been more attentive and helpful. They would respond immediately to any of my questions. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are located in Italy. I did not realize that until it was too late. I had ordered extra pairs to of glasses to try thinking I would just send them back. (They have a huge inventory!). It turned out none of the frames worked so returning them was not only a hassle but expensive. But if you know exactly what frame you want, I would definitely go with them! They shipped them to me extremely quickly. And as I said, unlike some internet companies, they were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. They had great prices and inventory for Oliver People's.

I recently purchased a pair of Dior Sunglasses, prompt delivery, however I was unhappy with the colour and returned them. The service provided to me by the Customer Service team (Manuela,Alessandra & Daniela) was amazing. Prompt responses to my emails, clear directions on how & where to return the glasses as well as feedback when the sunglasses had been received and when funds had been credited back to my account. Would highly recommend this company

I've had a great experience purchasing my husband's Prada sunglasses from Otticanet. I had accidentally autofilled my old address and realized too late, the called Fedex right away to re-route my package to my new address and they took care of it (i did not pay for extra shiping fees). It is now delivered and everything is great. Highly recommend this website.

I was kept up to date through the out the purchase and the glasses arrived on schedule and were great value.

As they didn't suit me I unfortunately I had to send the glasses back but was able to use the Otticanet courier and the refund was given without any issues and quickly!!

I wanted to give prop's to Otticanet on their customer service.
I ordered a pair of Oakley frames after searching the internet
for a specific pair I was looking for. Their pricing was very
competitive and saved me money by purchasing from the
instead of a local eyeglass source.

My order was placed, confirmed. I was given an approximate lead time for shipment of 3-4 weeks, but also was offered other colors that were stock and I wanted what I originally ordered and they ended up shipping a week later instead of waiting the 3-4 weeks.

Were packaged very well and came with everything that was on their site.

Very good price on Persol 3074S in the hard to get larger size.I did not get the email confirming the order but Customer Service responded immediately to my email querying this and informed me my order had already been shipped from Italy.It arrived here in the UK well within 48 hours of the order - impressive.I would certainly use them again.

My order, Maui Jim Nakalele arrived safely today via FedEx, with no fees, and I just wanted say it was such an easy & pleasurable experience ordering my glasses through Otticanet.

Ordered a a pair of Rudy Project Rydon Multilaser sunglasses from this company (unable to get them from any UK supplier). They replied that the order would take 7-10 working days as they had to order them direct from the manufacture. After a week I enquired how things were going (they were a birthday present that I wished to arrive on time )and they replied that the item would be dispatched the next day, which it duly was. Throughout the communications they were polite and informative and everything went smoothly - an excellent service and I would recommend the to anyone

My order took 2+ months to process. After 4-5 emails, I did finally receive my sunglasses. I couldn't tell you if they are real or fake, but what I do know is about 2 weeks after I received them I got a bill for $30 for the FED -EX shipping charge. At no time was I ever made aware that this would happen. It appeared to be free shipping and even says that on the homepage of their website. The glasses would have been cheaper somewhere else if I had known.

Shipping was quick and product was exactly as described. One week after receiving my order, I received a fedex bill. I was alarmed at first but after emailing Otticanet, I received a response in one day and a refund 2 days later. Everyone was super helpful and quick to respond. Thank you! I will definitely order again.

Just be careful with hiden fees when you order into US.. you pay a lot of money for Costums "Department of Homeland Securiy". Not worth it!
