The Cheese fries is good but my grandma's steak was terrible

Worst steak I’ve ever had.. tasteless, very fatty, undercooked….

Had the Lobster/steak special. Did NOT disappoint! Amazing food, great service and the nicest Manager here in Huntersville, NC

Went to the Lakeland, Fl Outback. I was disappointed as usual. 2 of 2 Loaded baked potatoes were cold. My ribs were a great disappointment. They were burnt badly and should have not gotten out of the kitchen. I had a double root canal and was looking for some fall off the bones meat. I did not send it back because I didn't want to spoil a special dinner with friends that I see only twice a year. Waitress great and other food good. My second time getting poor ribs.

Food is good. I've been trying for months to order on phone. They never answer their phone. They say they've tried to get it fixed and it's never fixed. Frustrating. I have to come in and order and wait longer.😬

Went for my daughter-in-law's birthday and although there were some hiccups, our waitress "Venezuela" and the manager "Hailey" stepped up and made it much better.
So I want to thank them for their effort and kindness.

I was so tired of seeing the same things and outback , so I stopped going. Finally, I had tried a pork chop dish on the menu that was fabulous, but next visit, it was gone. So disappointing

I went to outback with my little boys, grandmother and my little boy had sirloin steak with potato and it was full of salt. It was so salty. I could not enjoy it enough to send people’s blood pressure straight up. I am very disappointed in outback outback food was so salty you couldn’t even enjoy it. Food was super super salty

We went to the Outback Steakhouse Valentine’s evening. We did not have reservations and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Our table was ready in 5 minutes. Ethan, our waiter was exceptional. We ordered a filet and it was the best steak we have had in a long time.We enjoyed our Valentines dinner.

We went to the Harrisonburg outback l order a steak well done. I had to send it back twice , and when I finally did get it it was so tuff to eat . How would you like to pay for something you couldn’t eat? Beside we had to use the tablet on the table the make you leave a tip beside. We don’t like for them forcing you to leave a tip it should be up to you to how much you want to leave. We didn’t understand quite how to use the dam thing anyway

Party of 3. We complained the spinach dip/chips were burnt. waiter Didn't bother to replace them. Then we sat around for an hour waiting for our food! The waiter claimed the new cook had incorrectly platted the dishes and they ran out of coco. I assume that was coconut? Interesting as they dont really cook anything. I suspect they burnt the stuff reheating it or deliberately made us sit around after complaining about the chips. The manager did give us 50% off the bill. But Chinese duck sauce with shrimp?
Last time we go to this place.

Lately, the Outback in Christiansburg, VA has had amazing service and such helpful people...and they even brought back their Classic Wedge Salad! We have also been able to order extra (plenty) of topping on the salad too with no extra charge. Thank You!

I ordered a coconut shrimp combo with French fries and a salad. My husband ordered a burger and a salad as his side. I questioned the additional charge of an order of French fries when that was supposed to be the side that went with the order of coconut shrimp and an add on charge for the salad. I was told that they were “saving me money” by only charging the add on price for the salad instead of the full price in addition to the charge for French fries. Why was I charged for both?? It’s a scam!! Needless to say. We won’t be back and I intend to tell everyone I know.

it was suppose to be 2 for 35.00 they bill us 68.00 and auto put on 17.00 for tip never go there again

If anyone is near Easton, PA you have to stop by the outback steakhouse. Everything on their menu is awsome. I just cannot say enough about this establishment. It is not only run by GREAT people but the service is awsome! They hire nothing but great people. If the Outback franchise was smart they would model this location!

Steak and chicken dish. Chicken, quality food. Steak, stringy grisstle and tough. Both meats overpowering pepper rub. Could not taste meats.
Can't go back.

Nice place very over paid for steak good though

Outback in Davie, FL
15 minutes until someone waited on us. Thankfully the hostess was very helpful. Prime rib was horrible, sirloin was dry and tasted like liver, baked potatoes likely made the day before. For what we paid the food should have been better. Our server was not great but honestly the food was worse.
Outback is not what it used to be.
