Outstanding!

Really pleased with my beautiful cardigans and will definitely be purchasing more soon!! Packaging was very good and the interleaving tissue made it even more special opening !

An email with order confirmation was sent to the address you provided - kindly check your junk Mail folder in case it ended up there.

Your order was shipped on the first working day in the UK which is Wednesday the 29th of December
Another Email was sent with parcel tracking

Terrible quality and no customer service

I had to isolate during covid and they wouldn’t accept my return which was 11 days late, when they give a month for international orders. It’s very unusual in any case to have a 2 week returns period for UK orders. The clothes were of awful quality, overpriced and poor fitting and the staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic. The staff only conceded refunding me as per the response below after an extensive back and forth via email where I had to point out that legally I’m entitled to a return, but if I hadn’t bothered to look up the law myself they would have continued to refuse. Shocking customer service and an unprincipled company.

Our records show our returns team had issued you with a full refund.

We issued a full refund within 20 minutes of you advising us of initiating a return request within the returns grace period.

We are extremely flexible when it comes to Covid related isolation matters and our 5 star rating from all our customers is a testament to that.

We are sorry you did not find one of the items suitable.

We have just tracked your order and can see it was delivered within 6 working days from placing your order. Delivery was on 6 September Royal mail tracking LE028603451GB. You checked out choosing Royal mail delivery upto 7 working days. We are sorry to see you gave us 1 star when we have delivered on time.

Hi this is the Lorraine Watson I am made a purchase a week and three days ago I have not got a tracking number can I get in touch with the customer service cannot get on their website to send an email so I don’t understand these review how wonderful this company supposed to be and I have not received my item I spent $240 in US and I have not received an email on my tracking I can’t get in touch and see what’s going on I would like my money back I can’t even give a start as I have not received anything or talk to anyone or get in touch with anyone
