Good items, but be prepared to be lied to when your order is delayed. I understand people are human and make mistakes but you loose the trust of your customers when you lie to them.

This magnetic pouch was rather a last-minute order for Christmas and I was rather disappointed to find that the wrong item had been dispatched - a mini pouch in place of the full-sized one. I contacted customer services right away and they were brilliant. A replacement arrived on Christmas Eve, in time for Santa. The pouch itself seems good quality and just the thing to hold phone and keys on the morning run.

I arranged to buy a Campingaz Blue Twister® Plus PZ from Outdoor Camping Direct also known as Trackpack. Arrival was to be expected within 7 working days.
After five working days plus weekend, my account still showed “processing” so I wrote to them about it, suggesting that they were unlikely to meet their deadline. I was wondering why the item was online in stock with next day delivery possible, and yet I still saw little likelihood of a delivery within 7 days for standard delivery.
This is what they wrote back:
“Unfortunately, we have been informed that your parcel has been lost in transit and therefore the courier is unable to complete this delivery.
I have requested for a new order to be dispatched however we are currently out of stock of the item until January. So we can dispatch the order once stock arrives?” My account never showed any delivery information; and the item was still on their web site as in stock and available for next day delivery.
By contrast Wow Camping delivered cylinders within three days, and Camping International delivered the Campingaz Blue Twister® Plus PZ within two days, both using their standard delivery. The one positive thing was that there was an immediate Paypal refund on request the same day.
