Had a slight issue with our order but they fixed it. Happy with the product and overall customer service. Would order again.

My order was slightly delayed and I was advised of this in good time. The delay was minimal, which I have no issue with. It's good to see companies like this have a backlog and are busy :-)

I had a question before ordering which was answered quickly. They could work with the image I offered. Turn around was reasonable and it was delivered in good condition. The stamp is crisp and clean.

The communication with the seller was super fast and answered all my questions.
The branding iron turned out to be way better than I was expected.
Very high quality work and I highly recommend Mike's business to anyone who needs a quality branding iron.

The company took time to understand exactly what I wanted, I did not feel pressured to purchase and when I got my design right and ordered, the turnaround was efficient and on time. The price was competitive and the service excellent.... Oh and the product works perfectly!!
