they keep billinng me even tho i don't have a subscription. when i look at my subscription there isn't one and when i tried to contact them the email doesn't work and when i went to their support to write to them i cant because the link dosen't work

Ich Arbeite häufig mit ARCADE - tolles Programm. Ich hätte da gerne mehr Sounds für Loung und Jazzmusik.

awesome, just awesome

a bit pricy for a student but
1: new samples are coming out, I feel like, weekly
2: dropping your own samples into arcade gives you a head start when you're tryna make ear candy or similar stuff
3: the instruments arent id say top top quality but they're good, some even lowkey fye... + you can make your semi-own instruments (you cant layer your sounds, have to choose from the arcade library)

I hate the kicks, for some reason, they always sound awful to me

Randomly getting charged every month despite having never even heard of this company (in USD when I'm based in the UK). Have never set up an account so I don't have a subscription to cancel. Not sure how they even got my credit card details...

Output has a lot of interesting elements but as far as actually writing music in any popular genre, most of it is useless.

Arcade works best as a starting point for new or developing songs. Its massive library and proprietary file management system can be overwhelming but once i realized i could record and bounce anything it offered anytime and then save it inside my DAW ( Logic Pro ) , those overwhelming feelings left for the most part. And surprise, they actually DO have human tech support.

Output are very unclear when you cancel or pause your subscription. I just paused meaning to cancel my subscription and I'm now going to have to pay for another month when the account unpauses. I've felt they re deliberately unclear with terms before trying to catch you out into paying.

This company is so unhelpful and unreliable. After PAYING for the subscription, and getting promised a gift card, they sent the gift card, when I went to claim it (says instant) it goes on hold. I message them for 10 days and then finally say my account is suspicious and they are taking the card back. Lol. Suspicious. I signed up and paid for the subscription!!! Do not work with this company.

Edit to the response they just left. There was not a bunch of sign ups or whatever they just said I literally didn't even have one. Just my own sign up so he then to say it was fraud is completely ridiculous

The hole experience to get involved with the company is the Best. Great Software. Great customer support. Wonderfoul People ❤️

Arcade continues to make my work flow easy with adding sauce to my beats without the usual creative blocks.

I enjoy building computers myself
I've been building and dismantling them all year round.
Recently, my computers have started to slow down, so when I had to upgrade the SSDs in a few of my computers, I formatted the contents and replaced them. Then I exceeded the activation limit, which was a problem, but the support was great and I was able to get them working again right away. Thank you.
