I had a tour appointment scheduled with Ariel on a Friday (which I took a day from work) and drove from Maryland to tour this property and no one showed up at the leasing office or called me. I tried calling the office and left a message with no response back. As we waited in front of the leasing office, a tenant walked over looking for someone in the office and told us he had left multiple messages and no one responded to him and it’s been over a month. I look at this as a sign not to rent from this property. Thanks Ariel for not showing up for my appointment; you saved me a lot of headaches!!!!

I was searching for a consumer rights and protection attorney or firm that was familiar with and had experience litigating with tribal lenders and associated parties guilty of illegal acts that have caused irreparable damages. The legal parties involved in the 2007, 2014, 2016, and 2017 where it has been ruled by the supreme and second circuit courts that tribal lenders are required to comply with state interest limits.

Your company came up in my search marketing yourselves as Payday Loan Equity Alliance Members in which you publicly declare on your website "Tribal Payday loan companies are illegal in the country. "

I reached out for a free consultation and received a prompt call during which I explained that I was a victim of multiple tribal loans with interest rates ranging from 300% to 800% at which time I was told to "rest assured and that your firm would be able to help me with that no problem. We are Oak View Law Group with many years of experience doing just this."

The entire call lasted a total of 13 mins and 50 secs in which my contact information was collected, I was asked how much debit I had, and asked if we could set an appointment for the end of the week and that I would receive an email containing the information he would need to start the plan.

Confused, I asked him what plan he was referring to and replied saying they had thousands of plans and not to worry as he would be able to get me into a great debt settlement plan and would be able to reduce my debt by more than 50%.

I have more than $30,000 in debt with these lenders after borrowing $7,000 12 months ago and is even listed publicly as being illegal on your website and now you are gonna give me the deal of a lifetime where I only have to pay back 4 times more than what the legal interest rate is? ..

Oak View Law Group seems to believe it is operating under the same sovereign immunity as the illegal organizations that continue to ruin innocent consumers lives on a daily basis.

The business suite listed on their website is not even publicly listed as being real, google maps screenshot will show there is no public or accessible office or even a single form of signage showing they even exist.
