We would, however, like to clarify a number of factual points for anyone reading your review.

The Trustpilot profile you originally reviewed related to *Own Gold Global*, our retail bullion and coin business. As our business evolved, our independent Security Trustee and professional advisers recommended separating our retail bullion activities from our wider business operations. This decision was made for governance, operational and structural reasons, not to mislead or deceive anyone.

*Own Gold Mint* continues to operate as our retail bullion and coin division, while *Own Gold* provides a broader range of products and services across the precious metals and wealth preservation sector. Although the businesses share common ownership, they provide different services and operate under separate business models.

With regard to our business locations, we operate internationally and, like many businesses, utilise a combination of registered offices, serviced offices and business centres across a number of jurisdictions. These are legitimate commercial arrangements used by businesses of all sizes and should not be confused with an attempt to misrepresent our operations.

You also question our funding model and the experience of our founders. Every business chooses how it finances its growth based on its own commercial strategy. We have always been transparent with prospective clients about our products, the associated risks and the opportunities they present, allowing each individual to make an informed decision based on their own circumstances.

We also note from your own review that you did not become a client. We fully respect everyone's right to carry out their own due diligence and decide whether or not to proceed, and we actively encourage prospective clients to do exactly that.

Over a prolonged period, you have continued to publish serious allegations about our business despite not having been a client, nor have you directly contacted our company for information. If you have evidence to support those allegations, we encourage you to provide it through the appropriate channels. Equally, if you would like to discuss your concerns directly with us, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and answer any questions you may have in an open and professional manner.
