Beware - your personal information is given to 3rd parties
I bought some items from this lot some years ago when setting up my business, and at the time I was invariably careful to keep my personal details dissociated from my business for privacy reasons. However, I eventually started getting mail to my home and even telephone calls to my personal mobile. After the latest cold call from some bozos I asked them where they obtained my number - it was from a company called Apollo.io, who I never had any dealings with. When I approached Apollo, it turns out this outfit (PPO) handed over my details to Apollo. So, beware any personal contact information you give this outfit will eventually land in the lap of call-callers & telemarketers. I'd advise staying away from this lot unless you are happy to have your time wasted in the future.

product excellent delivery not so much!
Whilst the service and delivery over Xmas was excellent please review packaging of orders. It was extremely difficult for me and the courier to man handle the 16kg delivery due to the unwieldy size of the box through the front door into the house. In future it would be far better to split the order up into the 2 smaller boxes and wrap them in plastic and charge customer more.
