Ordered a paint that is mixed in house ordered orchid white but received closer to magnolia it was darker and more yellow then the orchid white sample pot I had previously tested

Had to argue to be able to return it then even with the fact the pain was mixed wrong I had to cover the cost of the return then it took over a week after my tracking stated it had arrived back to them to process the refund

Fantastic customer service. I needed to amend an online order a few days after placing it, and the team was very accommodating and happy to help. They went out of their way to make the change despite the inconvenience, and the whole process was handled smoothly. I would highly recommend them
