Ordered a book from them and it never arrived as it was sent internationally and for international packages they don't provide tracking. That book was ordered 4 months ago at this point.

Paizo has the potential to be a pioneer for tabletop RPGs
I'm giving Paizo 5 stars for its excellent Pathfinder Second Edition. I hope Core will be even better.
I hope that Paizo keeps producing such high quality material and that they also put some resources into marketing, so that more people get to see that D&D 5E should be the last of their options and that there are companies like Paizo that truly cater to their customers' needs.

I placed an order for one item that was available in their show. My order was on pending status from 8th May until now (31th May). I send a couple of emails to their customer service about my order but have't hear a single word from them. I noticed that item which I ordered and paid is now unavailable in their shop (unknown supply time)
