Helpful service, fast delivery

We expected slabs delivery on last Friday, however the driver from this company refused to use the pump truck saying "I don't want to use my truck,as I don't want to break my wheels ".What??? That's what the pimp truck uses for and that's what was requested when we placed the order. So,driver just left,ignoring our questions. So,the whole weekend was wasted,because the driver just didn't want to work. We had to take another day off work and use Kent distribution company. Delivery was prompt ,without any problem. And not issue with the pump truck.
So, "Pallet-truck" is absolutely rubbish company. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Rude driver wanted to leave bulk bag of slate on verge outside my house (not allowed as local authority owned) or next to tree in my driveway which would block vehicle access to my property. Previous 3 deliveries from same company have been brought onto my property to an area where they didn’t cause a problem. While trying to resolve the issue the driver just drove away. Same driver came back again this morning but still won’t put the pallet alongside where all the others have been left. My stone supplier has been outstanding in trying to resolve this issue but this particular pallet-trak driver has let down what has been a really great service to date.

I'll start by saying the guys behind the admin and phone are great. Easy to work with and great to talk to, although my house number was printed wrong.. things happen. My problem was with the delivery guy. I understand that sometimes you can be upset on the job but to be disrespectful to the customer makes the company look bad. As a class 2 pallet delivery driver myself I understand that i need to be respectful towards customers as i am acting on behalf of my employer. The driver was short tempered, angry and snappy with me afer putting the phone down on me multiple times. The guy really needs to learn to relax. I would have appreciated it to if the driver would have let me use the pallet truck to get gear box to my garage. (5 meters away) I know i can carry it but its not the point.

Awful service and abysmal attitude to customers. I had 1-5pm delivery slot which I took the day off to receive. Despite being a courier service delivering heavy building items the courier service request that two people are available at the property to unload the pallet. The courier called at 20 to 5pm and said that they were on their way and would two people be there. I said I would call my partner back who had nipped out and I would do it. My son would help too. The driver was negative about the supplier of goods suregreen. I said my partner would be back. My partner also tried to call them immediately to confirm he was 5 minutes away but no answer. I sent a message to the mobile after trying to call him back 10 times as he did not answer. Today we have been told we can write a bad review if we want and the supplier of goods has requested a fee for redelivery despite the fact that it was the delivery driver who abandoned the delivery and left us waiting! I prefer to have a refund for the goods and use another supplier with a reliable and competent courier. Awful service. Poor customer care.
