Service= exceptional!
We had a family meal for our daughter's 10th birthday. I managed to mess up the date for the meal, and rang Palm Bay alerting them that I required a party of 15 not for the booked date, but for the next day. Palm Bay were incredibly sympathetic and managed to accommodate us. On the day, our waitresses were just fantastic and made our evening so special. I highly recommend Palm Bay for celebrating significant events

Food and drink= delicious!
This was a fairly big party, food service was timely, and when it came, everyone was happy with the taste, even my Jamaican elderly mother who barely enjoys Caribbean food outside of her home! Portions are generous, and the cocktails/mocktails were enjoyed by all.

Atmosphere- wonderful and warm
The music is on point, decor is gorgeous- all staff are kind and courteous. We really had a wonderful evening and are thankful for Palm Bay for the wonderful reception.

10/10! Real authentic Caribbean flavours. We used Palm Bay Caribbean restaurant to cater for our grandson’s christening. The food arrived hot, well presented and was delicious! A real crowd pleaser for our guess. We definitely recommend them as caters.

As always my son and I had a great meal, jerk chicken, curry goat and all the sides.
The food is always cooked perfectly and to top it off the service we always receive from Libby makes it a really enjoyable evening , she interacts with him and makes him feel very welcome.

This little place in the most unexpected location served the tastiest and best meals this side of the Atlantic. Equally as good as JA. And that's no joke! The jerk was incredible! As was the Ox tail. Brought me right back home, so much so that I had to go there a second time the following week and bought enough to bring home and enjoy more the next day. The service is very warm and friendly. Outstanding all round Can't praise them enough. I've been recommending to all my friends and can't wait to return there again very soon.
