I’ve used Panache to book my last 3 cruises, each time with Karen. On every occasion she has been outstanding. Really personal service to organise what I need. Genuinely interested in understanding my needs and experience, not only before I book but throughout the whole process and after I’ve returned. Really friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We often use Panache to book luxury cruises and this time we booked a very special trip for 2027. Kathryn was fantastic and worked on her day off to ensure we got the trip and cabin we needed. I have recommended Panache to many cruisers we have met.

Panache are a great cruise travel agent and extremely knowledgeable and go to a lot of trouble to get your cruise and needs sorted. If I had one small criticism it would be that they don't seem to be very proactive once a booking has been taken. It seems I always have to contact them if something is required. We are experienced and well organised travellers so don't need a lot of cossetting but the occasional call nearer to the time of a cruise or occasionally in the intervening period between booking and departure, just to check all is well and nothing more is needed would be nice.

This was our 1st time looking to book a cruise, and Louise Barlow was my personal Cruise connoisseur. From the moment we were first in contact, Louise was great, in fact she was exceptional. From tailoring everything we asked for , From flights to hotels to cabins to packages she was on it. I contacted several travel agents and cruise companies and Louise was the main reason I went with Panache Cruises. Yes the price was fab too, but she sealed the deal. Her knowledge and her service skills were top notch, and she really went out her way to help us get a great stay in Barbados followed with a Caribbean cruise. Nothing was too much for her. And to top it all she will be our point of contact through this whole journey. Louise, It was a pleasure having spoken to you and you went way beyond any customer service interaction I have ever had, right from the get go. I will definitely be recommending you and Panache Cruises to anyone who asks about Cruises. And I would definitely book with you again. I cant thank you enough fir your help and advice in helping us find our 1st cruise( hopefully not be our last) . Your a credit to the company.

My Connoixxeur Jen was very helpful and friendly.and has been attentive in heiping me with the queries i had with mr booking.

We have always used another cruise company but seeing a special deal, we decided to look at Panache. We were not disappointed. Out adviser, Dean, couldn't have been more helpful making suggestions for cabins and hotels that he felt would give us a better experience. He responded immediately to any e mails sent with additional quotes. We were surprised at the deal we managed to obtain with his help.

I found Joe very helpful, patient, personable and knowledgeable re: my cruise booking of New Zealand and part of Australia.

Robert Ledsham was superb in exploring what we were looking for on our first River Cruise and then provided us with a number of options and even went the extra mile in researching these again to find the flight times that suited us. His knowledge of the destinations and cruise types was excellent. He made the whole booking process so simple. We will definitely be using him again to plan and book our future cruises. I dealt with Wendy at Panache when arranging a Regent Seven Seas Transatlantic cruise for August. Nothing was too much trouble, all tours booked and queries answered immediately on the phone or confirmed by email the same day.

Firstly, the response from Panache to my online enquiry was really quick and Helen (Fensom) who picked up my request was extremely helpful. Helen patiently answered my questions, provided additional information to help make a decision on which river to choose and provided me with a number of options. Once booked, Helen has continued to provide help and assistance. I thoroughly recommend Panache and Helen.

Lisa was extremely helpful right the way through the booking progress and even managed to book the cabins we requested for the 3 couples going on this Uniworld Danube cruise in 2027. Nothing was too much trouble and I certainly felt I had the personal service with excellent follow up service to ensure all three couples were happy with the booking.
