Leute Finger weg.Das Geld bezahlt schon vor 2.5 Monaten her und keine Ware bis heute 07.06.2024 bekommen.Payapal Käuferschutz angeschaltet und schauen wie das weiter geht.Das Problem Sie haben eien Sendungsnummer,die seit Anfang April nur elektronisch angekündigt.Weg damit mit dem Laden!!!

sygt at læse alle de hade fulde kommentar på pandabuy har læst mange af dem og ingen af dem stemmer over ens om du skal vente eller hvad du skal har købt for pandabuy masser af gange og fået alt hvad jeg har betalt for dog har der da været nogle postitive og negative tidspunkter men hvis man skriver til supporten skal de nok finde ud af den ( når du bestiller på pandabuy er det en sælger du køber fra som har sat sin varer ind på pandabuys hjemme side og ikke selve pandabuy). Pandabuy er bare en enhed som samler dine varer et sted og sender dem til dig. fragten om den er dyr eller hvad den er får du hvad du betaler for i sidste ende pandabuy skal også selv have noget ud af det du køber og jo mere du er villig til at betale for varen jo højre er kvalliteten. dog er pandabuy lukket ned af kinas myndigheder så ingen grund til at strees om at købe for det kan man ikke:)

Pandabuy is most of the time reliable and good. You just need to use spreadsheets and shop smart. I got 4 hauls of Pandabuy and they all arived and were in okay condition. No it’s not a scam, all these bad reviews from the last few months is because the warehouses were raided and that’s why people don’t get their package.

Die Ware ging in deren Lager verloren, eine Rückerstattung wollen die nicht anbieten. Das Guthaben auf dem Konto wollen sie nicht auszahlen. Die Mitarbeiter im Support sind sehr Unkooperativ und wollen nicht helfen.
Bei Beschwerde kommt immer wieder die selbe vorgefertigte Email..
nie wieder, ist echt nicht empfehlenswert. Es gibt zum Glück andere Agenten, bei denen der Kunde besser behandelt wird.

Waiting for my package since 16/04/2024 (day it started waiting for flight).
On Pandabuy it says that they gave it to dhl but dhl says they never got the package. They've lost my package and still haven't refunded me. When I apply for claims it gets ignored and says it's "under review". Scammers.

I have purchased items in Pandabuy for my son and never arrived! almost 9 weeks now...and I emailed them many times and called but sadly no update or anything and I called the bank to cancelled the transaction but I can't cancel anymore! what a waste of money how this people do such things like this? so awful! my son was feeling so upset and disappointed.

Pandabuy get big updated for the reps. Years ago it was bad noone liked it is better now. After pandabuy get banned there are no good reason to buy there. No more good brands for there. I am happy for the update it was great to hear about pandabuy and be able to buy there. If it was possible i could buy still there all my things i every need. Salut and thanks for pandabuy!🫡

Dont listen to these reviews, they might have had a bad experience because the didnt use a spreadsheet, just use a spread and youll be fine, ive gotten 3 hauls and all fine just pay for insurance it 10 usd blud, just be smart and dont buy crap, use the spreadsheet

This platform company is nothing more than a pile of leftovers chinese toilet! Typically mainland china behavior. Very bad attitude, no etics what so ever, do not give a damn about health and of it is possible to cheat and get away with and run of to to the dirtyness of mainland China, even better.

This platform company hide behind made up stories of interuptions due to authorites have acted against a supplier. This is just cock and bull story to mislead buyers and refrain them from reporting them.

Hello, since I paid through PayPal, it wasn't difficult to get my money back. My shipment was held and confiscated by customs. I contacted Panda because I had purchased insurance, but I never received a resolution, which was supposed to be provided by May 11, 2024. I was very upset, so I went to my PayPal payment history and reported every transaction I made with Panda: for the goods, shipping, other fees, and balance top-ups. I explained the situation to PayPal and, I swear, I got my money back for every single payment. Never buy anything from them again or expect to receive your insurance compensation unless you go through PayPal or your bank, through which you made the payment to Panda.

I hope you all get your money back through PayPal or other bank.

DONT LISTEN TO THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL FAKE and 100% sure the positive reviews are coming from the scammers. Looks like pandaforth has changed there name slightly too scammers. I am still waiting for my rose bear 3 years now lol clearly never seeing it. ALL I CAN SAY IS Scam scam scam please save yourself your hard-earned money and let Karma do your dirty work! These guys are worth a flush down the toilet, they are nothing but crap.
