Jeg købte et par dunk low og fik dem hjem efter 2 uger. Kan 100% anbefaledes vis man vil have nogen billige sko.

Fu*king terrible, I hate this company, I ordered 200 euro worth of stuff, declared my parcel correctly, and my parcel was in transit for 80 days, with 20 day long gaps in updates. Pandabuy claimed the shipping was via plane but it was clearly through ship and the scamming bast*rds charged me the air price to earn more money. To make things worse my parcel never arrived. And now they won’t accept my insurance claims.
Never using this site again

Pandabuy is a big scam, I ordered over €200 items and paid €200 for shipping. Even after 75 days my parcel is in transit and none of the agent is trying to reach out.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PANDABUY
otherwise you will lose your money

Although the things from there are fake and its a little pricey (£80 - UPS). I guess it worth it. But, you've got to know how to use it first.

SE HA PERDIDO MI PAQUETE Y NO ME DEVUELVEN MI DINERO, SOLO RECIBO CORREOS DICIÉNDOME SIEMPRE LO MISMO, QUE ME PONGA EN CONTACTO CON LA EMPRESA DE CORREOS PARA WUE ME DEN UNA EXPLICACIÓN DE LO OCURRIDO. Es alucinante, ellos no se molestan en hacer ese trabajo, que es su responsabilidad.

Llevo desde diciembre del 2023 con el paquete perdido y todavía nada de nada.

Rigtig god og nem hvis det bruges ordenligt. Altid en god ide at bruge et spreadsheet, og bruge de rigtige sende firmaer så burde alt gå godt.

Paid 200 usd, so about £170 package never arrived in England never showed it was with royal mail once. I even paid through PayPal , I put a dispute in as these were for Christmas presents, it's now Feb 19th and PayPal have shut my claim in there favor saying pandabuy gave correct tracking information!? I ordered previously from them 1 item which was a coat and it came with no issues , this is the tracking they kept sending me for my bigger parcel ordered at a later date , I explained this and said there using previous tracking info and not the tracking for the amount of 170 pounds and they just ignored me and PayPal have shut my claim. Please do not buy from pandabuy.

And we highly recommend u to choose a route that offers a redelivery service for the next order. Web site not working well , the shopping arrived via UPS courier to do it first and they don't deliver it they asked for 100 euros for deposit because they are not able to take the goods to customs it will be the first and last time I will use this site it is not reliable. I advise against it

Mi è arrivata una lettera dalla dogana di Milano e adesso devo rispondere di acquisto di merce contraffatta. per due scarpe adesso gli devo pagare proprio i danni. In tutto questo pandabuy non risponde neanche. Che schifo, meglio alixpress

I don't recommend buying with this agent, there are better options!
My package was seized 2 weeks ago, I sent it with UPS and paid for customs insurance.
Their support for 2 weeks has been trying to not pay me. I have already sent them the documentation 3 times showing that the package is seized and now they haven't responded to my support ticket for 3 days.

I love Pandabuy, the customer service are amazing. People are so kind. People who leaves bad rewievs hasn’t research how you use pandabuy

Mon fils a commandé depuis 3 Mois valeur 76€ et après il a envoyé un mail comme quoi il faut payé 50€ de livraison et au moment de payé ils ont encore augmenté de 70 € , du coup j'ai dit a mon fils que c'est de l'arnaque ce site et il faut demander le remboursement 😡😡😡😡 a fuir!!!!!

Ho fatto circa due dozzine di ordini e penso di essere abbastanza informato su pandabuy, nelle recensioni ho visto che la maggior parte di valutazioni negative sono nate perché non sapevano bene usare l’app se avete dubbi scrivetemi e cercherò di rispondervi in modo chill e veloce

Pandabuy is 100% legit! But you have to to your research! People that leave bad reviews didn’t do their research properly and got their package seized with checking the insurance box.
