Food is superb !would be great if they would stock up on food items which have been out of stock for ages.

Food was off and still charged for delivery

My order was amazing, the products were exactly as described, tasted fantastic, and were delivered quickly and all intact. I'd definitely recommend them.

The delivery took too long. The sweets were crushed.

Bad packaging, contents packed badly causing leakage and food gone off. Having two box contents spoiled. No response from seller.

The Manager is very rude arrogant he really don’t know how to talk to a customer

Most of the items I ordered were really good. Only the Samosa felt a little off. Otherwise, the Aloo Bonda, Bread Pakora, Khandvi and the sweets were really good.

The order was delivered quickly which helped satisfy my sudden craving. Everything tasted nice especially the ladoo which tasted almost exactly like what I have tasted when I am in India. Slightly disappointed with the halva which I found a bit tough.

The best ladoos in whole of UK is made by Panji sweets.
Reminded us of excellent motichoor laddos that one gets in India.

We always buy from here and until this never had any issues. But this time, sweets were not fresh and seemed so old. They didn't taste normal as it should be. My kids love indian sweets but they even didn't eat much as they taste wierd in their words.

Wonderful food as always and delivery so quick

Loved the samosas and jalebi, I wish there was chutney and green chilies sent along with the samosas pav and vada pav

The sweets and savouries were fresh and the delivery was without any hassles.

Along with other sweets, I had ordered 1kg jalebi and almost 99% of them were broken into pieces / crushed when I got the delivery. How do you expect me to serve those to my guest?
Also I emailed panji about this incident the same in a couple of hrs but I haven't heard anything from them yet and its been more than week now.
The customer service and delivery was extremely bad and it spoilt our party as we couldn't serve them jalebis as planned.

The jelabi was soggy and had no crunch/bite to it.
