Have dealt with this company for many years and find them to be both helpful and knowledgeable.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your rooflights and window needs,

I am so pleased i chose Panoramic Windows for my rooflight installation. The install team turned up on the pre-arranged date and were very polite and courteous.

The difference it has made to my kitchen/diner is amazing. Light now floods in.

We ordered our doors together with windows and patio door all with integral blinds from Panoramic in January 2020 for fitting in March 2020. Accepting Covid had an impact last year, we didn't actually get the work commenced until October 2020, but that was only because we chased them up. Unfortunately 2 of the windows were incorrect, there were some other issues with the fitting and there were numerous integral blind issues too. It is now April 2021 and we still haven't had the works finished as there are still several issues outstanding including the integral blinds and patio door issues. Mrs Hill seems to be the only person who can make decisions within the company but in our experience doesn't seem to have great communication skills as it always requires a email from us to remind her of her obligations. To be fair they haven't thrown the towel in but their speed of resolution is nothing to write home about. I am sure if all goes well a good review is easy to give but in my experience that is what you are paying for by default, its how you resolve the issues is how a company is judged. This is the reason I have given one star and maybe will assist in focussing them on sorting out our issues. By coincidence I noticed that a recent review has been written by the customer who recommend them to us complaining they had not received their referral fee and included another issue too which would also appear to be a lack of communication, so perhaps its not a one off.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. John knew all there was to know about the Aluco product range and gave us some great advice. The fitting team were polite and just got on with the job and were diligent in their work and respectful of our property. We will happily recommend Panoramic to family and friends

Had to call out a locksmith as Panoramic failed to respond to an urgent call when our front door lock failed - that was several weeks ago and they still have not responded although I have sent emails chasing.
Also, Panoramic have not provided a promised referral fee for a friends whole house door and window replacement, despite asking 3 times

I have used Panoramic previously on a recommendation, so when I moved to a new property, I called them again to quote for new doors and windows

When getting a quote - there is no hard sell from them at all

The prices from them are always very reasonable and from the date of my accepting the quote to them fitting the windows was only one week. (The door took a couple of weeks longer due to the supplier, but they came to fit only two days after they received it in stock)

The 3 guys that came and fitted were great and very tidy

I'm very pleased with the windows and several neighbours have commented on how much they like my new front door

I have previously recommended them to friends who have also used them and would have no hesitation in recommending them again

We had a front door installed by Panoramic back in January 2020. Lovely door, installed expertly and with care.

However, Panoramic were recommended to us by neighbours which entitled them to a recommendation fee of a £50 shopping voucher. It didn’t materialise and despite sending numerous emails over the following months (most of which were either ignored or fobbed off with unsubstantiated excuses), Panoramic insisted they had sent it recorded delivery when the order was placed. They couldn’t provide evidence of the recorded delivery, saying that they couldn’t be expected to retain such evidence for such an extended period (which by then, it had become).

Instead, they said that it was more likely that our neighbours had misplaced the voucher or implied they were too stupid to recognise it as a voucher and threw it away. They alleged that of all the £15,000 worth of vouchers issued to date, none had gone missing before so this one couldn’t have done.

If you’re thinking of using Panoramic, I would make sure all promises are put in writing and follow them up as soon as you can as clearly, their attitude is that the customer isn’t always right.

My guess is that now they’ll stop issuing recommendation fees and blame me for it but who knows, they may realise the error of their ways and see fit to placate two disappointed customers.

Steve came to fit our new front door. I was really impressed by his craftsmanship and relatively quiet work, as well as being a nice chap! The door is fantastic and has made such a difference to the temperature and draughts in our house. I will certainly be recommending your company to anyone I hear looking for new doors or windows.

We'd just like to say that we're really pleased with the windows that your guys fitted today. Jason and his colleagues did a fantastic job.

Let's face it, double glazing and new doors are all very expensive and there are some cowboys out there.. We went with Panoramic not because they're the cheapest but because our daughter had some good quality windows and doors from them and fine workmanship with an excellent clean finish everywhere. We had the same. No hard sell, just good quality - we went with "Evolution". One windows rails were wrongly positioned so Panoramic returned to correct it, no problem and added plenty of extra external sealant on request.

Delighted with our new double glazed sashes and secondary glazing. The advice we had from all the staff at Panoramic was very clear and absolutely right for our situation, no overselling or pressure at all. The quality of the double glazed sash windows is very high and they are indistinguishable from the hardwood glazing elsewhere. The fitters were very professional and polite and left the house cleaner than when they arrived! Everyone turned up when they said they would and did a great job. My only criticism is that communications with the office could have been a bit better, I would have liked Panoramic to send me a clear start date rather than me emailing to find out what progress was for example. It wasn’t a big deal though and the quality of work, product and installation more than made up for this.

We cannot praise Panoramic highly enough. They have replaced all of our windows and doors in our new home. All staff from sales to installation were fantastic and excellent advise was given to us for design of the windows and doors. Installation has been carried out to a high standard. We would highly recommend Panoramic to anyone who is looking for a quality products and excellent installation. We certainly will use them for our new extension to be built next year.

We are delighted with our back doors. The salesman didn't try and flog us the most expensive option either. He looked at our set up and recommended what would work in a design we had not thought of. The installation was quick and professional and they have transformed our room

The experience with this company has been a truly awful one. Yes, they have made themselves available for repairs (at times after some significant chasing), but as the product is substandard, these have been many and frequently required and we’ve only had these windows and doors for some months. The astragal bars keep falling off as the adhesive on the ‘double sided tape’ that is used to fix them on to the glass keeps failing, even indoors where it is not exposed to the elements - we haven’t even dared to wash the windows. Due to this way of fixing the bars (they are key feature of the design), none of them align and the product looks cheap (which it wasn’t), poor quality (which it is) and sloppy. Panoramic says these windows and door are under 10 year warranty, however, we don’t really wish to have their engineer (however nice he is) here every other month for the next ten years fixing the look of them, and we are pretty sure neither does he, but we have no other choice. And it is shocking that they think that is ok.
We can only comment on our product, but from our experience, this company is not able to design or deliver a bespoke product, and not interested in product development or quality control.

Panoramic made the whole process of getting new wooden sash windows easy - and quick! It all took a mere two months. From the initial meeting with Martin, to the visit of the surveyor and the final fitting (of seven windows, completed in one day!) everything was well organised and professionally delivered. I was contacted with updates as to the making and delivery of the windows and everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. I am delighted with the finished result - but not surprised as a couple of years ago Panoramic replaced my front door and so I knew that they would fulfil my expectations. The price of the windows was also very competitive and I felt that I was a valued customer at all times.

Great service from initial enquiry all the way through to fitting! Door fitted 4 weeks ahead of expectation.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your very professional fitters, Andy & Jason. They were polite, helpful and very tidy. It was a pleasure to have them here! They’ve done a great job.

We know there were a few minor snags (only to be expected) which are now sorted. The whole process was much easier and less messy than expected.

The new windows and doors have made a huge difference to our house, it’s much better insulated and we hear very little noise from outside. The white interiors have also made our rooms much brighter. The doors are far more secure and feel very sturdy.

I’ve just had a gorgeous new front door installed by Panoramic and am so happy that I’m looking for the next project they can help me with!

I made several calls to different companies seeking quotes and quickly narrowed the field to Panoramic, primarily because they’re a local business which employs their own team of specialist fitters - no subcontracting out to lads who will cut corners.

Colin made several helpful suggestions throughout the design phase and at no time did I feel under pressure.

I didn’t feel rushed in having to fix the installation date either - the front door installation could have been completed in a few weeks, but I was also able to delay it, to fit in with other aspects of my renovation.

Finally the installation - what a delight! Justin was on time, friendly, courteous and took time to do a brilliant job. He didn’t leave until happy that I knew exactly how the lock worked and the site was spotless.

I’m a very happy customer and will use Panoramic again.

Previous had all windows replaced and very pleased with results. Just had a French Doors replaced and again very satisfied by the quality and efficient installation. Recommended as an excellent local company.

I called in to get an approximate price for an aluminium back door. The salesman insisted he needed my email address and telephone number as he couldn’t give me a rough idea that day, which I did.
Several days later I had a call from a female sales assistant pressing me to make an appointment for someone to come out to measure up for the door. When I stated I only wanted an estimated price the assistant informed me this wasn’t possible and someone would have to visit.
I declined to make an appointment and said I would go somewhere else, which I did, CR Windows, who I’ve used before. Had an estimate for the door within minutes, sales assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. Chalk and cheese.
