Loved the jacket
Great quality and quick delivery

This is my first purchase from this company. I really love this sweater. It is well made of a very soft weave that is warm without being too heavy. It fits perfectly and I love the stitched hearts which are nicely embroidered. It’s going to wear very well I’d order from them again.

One of the three dresses does not fit, but otherwise the experience was ok. It took a long time to receive them, as I needed them for a trip and they came after the trip.

One of the items I ordered was too small and I requested to return it. The website indicates a 30 day return policy. They also claim made in USA. The tags say made in China. They informed me they would credit me $8 for a $64.99 outfit. I told them I could not use the two piece item because it did not fit. Then they responded their final offer was $26 refund. I’ve never heard of a company like this. I told them I expected a full refund. They finally said they would refund me $62.99 and I had to pay for shipping back to them. The package had an address from California. I asked for an address to send it back and the address is in Dubai!! I will never order from them again

I strongly regret buying from this company. Despite their website clearly advertising a 30 day free returns policy, they refused to issue the required return authorisation after multiple email requests and insisted that I pay for return shipping to the UAE.

The products I received look and feel like low cost, mass produced items you would expect to find on cheap import sites, not the higher quality European standard suggested by their photos and pricing. The materials, finish and overall construction bear little resemblance to the images on their site and, in my view, are heavily overpriced for what is essentially budget level product.

In my experience they do not honour their own returns policy in practice and make it unreasonably difficult and expensive to send items back. I have lodged formal complaints with consumer authorities and would strongly advise others to avoid this company and to treat their returns and quality claims with extreme caution.

Do not trust the photos on this website. The dresses look elegant online, but what you receive is poor quality and nothing like the advertised designs. The fabric feels cheap and the overall look is completely different. This was a waste of money and very disappointing.

This company is a fraud. Cheap clothes, not even close to the image on the picture. No customer service phone number to call, just emails. To return the clothes - they want you to send it back on your own expense to Dubai. I disputed the charges with my bank and filed a claim in court. They should be prohibited to do business in the USA. You will be waisting your money buying anything from them.

Clothing was not the quality I expected. One of the blouses was not the shape I viewed online.

I would have given 5 stars because the clothes were lovely, but the length of time it took to be delivered to me was ridiculously long. Now that I have my order, I am very pleased with the clothes.

Love my pieces. Arrived pretty quick. Though quality. Already have gotten compliments on th pants and sweater.

'No return' should be announced at time of order.

I texted about my order,that if I couldn't get it by10/26,to cancel my order .they made sure I did get my order on time 😁

The order came as described and arrived on time. Both dresses that I ordered fit great and I can’t wait to wear them!

I loved, loved, loved the pink v neck sweater it is absolutely amazing and fits good and is super comfortable. The other blouse I got with the order was polyester and it looked in the image like it was a bit more sheer than how it came in, however it fits nice and I am still going to enjoy it.

Dresses were perfect in color and size. Took almost three weeks to deliever but that was ok. Tracking was also ok.

The material is very good. The size M fits me perfectly. I would say that i had to wait too much time to receive my package

They are frauds. I asked them if they will refund the clothes if I have to, even before I purchased the clothes. They emailed me back that they will return. I got teh shipment after month. The quality and stitching is horrible. Now I am going on emailing them to return the clothes. They are offering me less than 50% and are not ready to send the return label to which they had agreed initially.

No, information to return if I need to exchange, or article doesn't fit. No order confirmation email.
