Horrible customer service. Paid for a product. It did not show up and still has not been brought to UPS, although the email that I received from a member of the vape, papa team stated that somebody from UPS stole all of their orders and therefore they would have to send me out another order and then I have lost all communication since then. They have stolen from me!! Do not order from this company

Giving 5 stars so my review will be seen. I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for not getting back to me because it was the weekend. But I only received half my order, I contacted customer service they wanted a picture of the packing slip so I sent it and it says they refunded the vapes I didn’t get but it’s not Showing on my account.. and they’re still being sold on the site. I even asked for store credit and still no email from
Them. I wanted to order again because the ones I did receive from my order were legit and sealed. If they don’t make it right I won’t be buying from them again. Waste of money
