J'ai commandé un agenda, je me suis tout de suite rendue compte après le paiement d'une erreur de format, j'ai écris au service après vente 5 minutes après, j'ai eu une réponse au bout de 4 jours pour me dire que c'était impossible d'annuler, soit c'est ma faute. Mais quand j'ai voulu renvoyer l'agenda on m'a dit que les frais de livraison aller ne seraient pas remboursés hors c'est obligatoire. J'ai dû faire valoir mon droit auprès de Paypal et ait fini par être remboursée intégralement mais cette entreprise n'est pas sérieuse, le respect du code de la conso est primordial. Pour une entreprise de cette envergure ils ne peuvent l'ignorer... Je me demande combien de clients se sont fait spolier ainsi.

Ich habe ein Weihnachtsgeschenk (Notizbuch) für meine Schwester bestellt. Da die Artikel so toll sind und gerade gute Preise hatten, habe ich für mich auch noch Artikel bestellt. Die Ware kam schnell und ist sehr schön! Etwas kompliziert war allerdings der Bestellvorgang. Es dauerte einige Zeit, bis ich die Bestellung abschliessen konnte. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug.

Le site est horrible à utiliser, j'ai baissé les bras après 20 min parce que l'outil de recherche sort deux résultats quand je tape "carnet", alors que c'est évidemment faux.
Non je ne me suis pas trompé, je sais me servir d'un ordinateur.

Super schneller Versand, die Blöcke, die ich bestellt habe waren toll, und die Preise angemessen. Ich würde dort wieder bestellen. Man kann allerdings keine Bestellung verändern.

Items delivered late, damaged and one item short. Intended as part of a Mother’s Day gift which arrived late, damaged and short one item. Did include an unordered hard back pictorial account of what I assume was a work piss up which just added insult to injury. Very much regret my first, and last, purchase from this supplier, and only wish I had reviewed them before purchasing. Would provide photos but don’t appear to have that option. ASN: 8002582416 refers.

Everything went great, the delivery took about a week and a half, but all the products arrived perfectly wraped up and in great condition. No suprises inside, it was exactly what I had ordered! Great products!

I’ve ordered and paid two weeks ago, but I have no new information about my package, the tracking doesn’t work, and the customer service isn’t communicating with me.

It was a great experience.
It vane quick, was in perfect condition and looked great. Love the product.

Be careful when you order on their website because once you've placed an order, it's the end. Even if you cancel the order by calling them, they send you the order anyway. And even if you tell to them and to the delivery company that you've cancelled the order, they don't communicate so they deliver you anyway and you've lost money.
When you got a damaged product, they sent you a replacement product but the it's even worse than the first order.
I give 3-stars just because their product are beautiful but they're unable to solve problems...
