Keychains are ok, nothing wow, the Express Tracked Shipping is not express as it was dispatched on the 20th and received on the 27th, and the tracking part only tells you it’s delivered.

The website is full of 5⭐️ reviews but its impossible to find where to leave a review.

Makes me think they are fake reviews.

I have emailed them asking about the shipping and tracking and not response.

I wouldn’t order again.

Item never arrived, no reply to emails, even took to social media to try to contact them and they blocked me. Please avoid this company and save your money

Awful service. Only received 1 item back in December and they have ignored all emails and messages. Still unresolved, 2 months later. Don’t waste your money!!

Took a while (Tbf it was just before Xmas).
I like the product but they missed a third of my order and haven’t responded to my emails and feedback since (& I’ve been rather persistent!) Avoid

Quite literally scammed me out of my money. I had placed an order sometime in October, and since then it has been complete radio silence. Every email I send is left unanswered, and at this point I have accepted that my order is never arriving, and my money is gone.

Terrible customer service. I have tried several times to contact Paracord to resolve an incorrect order, no one has bothered to respond to any of my messages. Nothing at all in the way of communication.

Quality is not worth £11.99 considering it’s literally the tiniest bit of paracord with a LEGO head.

Ordered two keyrings as part of Xmas presents and they arrived smashed and broken. After 6 emails with photos of the packaging and broken items and contact direct through their website I still haven’t heard anything from the company about replacements or a refund a month on!!! Just absolutely nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Would never use this company again who have no customer service whatsoever! Just take your money and don’t care beyond that! Only have one star as you can’t submit with none!

Ordered my item in the 15th of Dec 2024 and my item STILL hasn't been processed or dispatched.
MULTIPLE MESSAGES across all platforms and every single one of the ignored......must also point out that that it is now the 8h of January 2025!!
This is not acceptable!!!

I know its only a cheap keyring but that is besides the point so I will be contacting trading standards immediately. Something isn't right here as I don't seem to be alone!?

I ordered an Item on the 3/12/24 expecting it to be used for a Christmas present. Heard nothing until 29/12/24 ! Only to get an email finally saying it’s been dispatched after trying to contact them through various channels. Emails and contact forms. Only when I mentioned about taking the appropriate action against them to get my money back for failure to deliver goods under the Consumer Rights Act that I miraculously got an email concerning dispatch as to which it arrived 3/1/25 nearly 5 weeks later! As someone who has ordered from this company in the past with little issue the complete disregard for the customer and lack of communication and service is absolutely appalling. I don’t know what happened to this company but this order is my last. Borderline Scammers. I wonder what may have happened or has happened to people that are unaware of their consumer rights and let this company just keep their money without delivering the product! Shame on you!

Product still hasn’t arrived after 5 weeks and no response to any emails. Unfortunately I didn’t think to read trustpilot reviews prior to this order!

I ordered a Christmas present on the 20th of November. Never got an email saying it was despatched. Emailed them on the 21st of December to chase. No answer. Avoid this company!

No communication from any emails. I ordered 3/12/24, I had sent numerous emails and social media messages but no response.
Then Friday my parcel is said to be out for delivery, I get a notification saying my parcel has been delivered today. Only to find ONE item out of the three I ordered in the package!
Have emailed again but the chances look low on a reply.
Now I’m wondering how long to wait until I contact a bank regarding a refund??

Ordered on 8th December- website stated 10 day dispatch. Have emailed 3 times using the address they say to use for any queries about order. No response to any of them, no sign of order and now missing sticking fillers. A shame because I’ve ordered previously and products were good. They’ve clearly taken way more orders than they are able to cope with and have not been honest about this. If you’re a small company then you need to close the order books when you’re at capacity.

Items delivered today. No issues with order, packaged well and quality good. Delivered using non-tracked 48 hour delivery (not the tracked express delivery that was advertised) …but at least items finally arrived.

Still no response from customer service to any of the emails I sent.

Have increased rating from 1 star to 3 - to reflect that the items were good quality but customer service very poor.

Would I use company again…probably but definitely not if I wanted the items to arrive quickly. Would I recommend…only if someone saw the items and asked where I purchased them from but not without warning others about the customer service.

Ordered on 4th December as a Christmas present and item still hasn’t been shipped. Emailed 19th December chasing and have not had a return. Seeing other reviews on here I guess I’m not the only one who’s been scammed.

Seems like we’ve all had a similar experience with this company! I ordered on 6th Dec after seeing a Facebook ad and checking their page and website and everything seemed legit. Wish I’d checked TrustPilot now too! Still not received my item which was meant to be a Christmas present. I’ve emailed and sent messages on Facebook with no response. Apparently on my order confirmation I was given ‘Express Delivery’ but haven’t even had a dispatch email yet! Shocking company, don’t know how they’re still running.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! My order shows as waiting for the courier to collect since 12 December! Messaged twice and no reply either.

Sadly I’m the same as all the others in here and didn’t think to check in here before placing order. I wdnt have thought to for £6 keyring. But it is the principle of it that they are allowed to get away with scamming customers. Ordered an while ago, not arrived, doubt they will and will be of shoddy quality even if they do. And like others - zero customer service
Ah well - live and learn I suppose

Placed an order on the 8th December stated it could take up to 10 working days for dispatch, I’ve tried messaging them several times with an update with no response, guess I’m not getting them for Christmas then. I truly hope I’ve not been scammed, fingercrossed I still receive them.
*update* They turned up today 6/01/25, I still had no communication whatsoever from them, so my advice is, if you don’t mind when they turn up, and you don’t mind that there is no absolutely no communication regarding your late order then your good to go.
