I love the faucet purchased from Paragonfaucets!
It’s beautiful and high quality. In addition to producing a high quality product, Paragon’s customer service is great. I needed a longer water supply fixture, contacted customer service and they immediately mailed the supply line.
I highly recommend Paragonfaucets and will be purchasing a faucet for my other bathrooms from them.

Functionality is excellent. Looks a little industrial but should blend in anywhere. Easy to install. Well priced, but be prepared to wait for delivery. Longevity - fingers crossed.
Points to note, if buying for UK use be sure to state the correct thread requirements. Also note due to small id used on flexible piping a good water pressure is required on both hot and cold.

I had a very disappointing experience with Paragon.

I purchased a faucet that turned out to have a clear manufacturing defect — it could not be properly installed due to faulty threading in the mounting hardware. I reported the issue immediately and worked with their support team for several months to try to resolve it.

During that time, they sent replacement parts and even a full replacement faucet, but both had the exact same issue. I had three licensed plumbers attempt installation, all of whom confirmed it was a defect, not an installation problem.

Despite this, Paragon repeatedly directed me to retry installation or accept more parts, which would have required additional plumbing costs. A refund was ultimately refused based on their 30-day return policy, even though the issue was reported right away and never resolved.

I ended up having to purchase a different faucet, which installed without any issues.

Very frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect responsive support or reasonable resolution for defective products.

Ordered 2 kitchen taps 10 days ago and still not dispatched. The order is showing as confirmed on their website. I have tried to contact them, but the phone number goes straight to voicemail.
Someone replied to my Instagram message 5 days ago, advising that it would be dispatched at the earliest possible time. Since then, there has been no update or response to further messages.
I would discourage anyone from ordering from this website.

Be careful when dealing with this sham company. As part of putting new countertops in my kitchen, I ordered a ktchen faucet from them on February 13th, 2026. Although I received an order confirmation from them, a week later (February 20th), I was wondering why I had not received a shipment notice from them. So, I tried to call their number on their website (424-999-9931), but only listened to a "We do not take calls at this number" message recorded by Paragon Faucets. Why list a phone number on their website, and not take calls there? This was a post-order warning to me that this company is not repurtable. Sadly, however, I called that number AFTER I placed the order. We are now at 10-days since I placed my order, I am without a kichen faucet, and Paragon Faucits still shows that my order is at their warehouse. I will edit this write-up if I ever receive a refund from this company. Will keep TrustPilot viewers informed.
