Process to send parcel was easy to follow. Printed labels and went to post office. They scanned the label to confirm receipt and parcel arrived safely at destination within 48 hours and confirmed delivery. Good value for money.

Absolute crap. I give thd dimensions of the item and weight and you dod not pass these onto dhl the carrier. They send the wrong vehicle then another three times dhl refused to pick it up even though its on a pallet! I call dhl numerous times assured its ok and NO ITS NOT OK! YOUVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU ! YOU ARE ABSOLUTE CRAP! I WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF YOUR COMPANY!

Online customer service allayed my fears about sending a package overseas - I didn't see the "no printer" option and had to cancel and rebook under a different courier.

I only give 4 stars because it's unclear at what stage where my package is - it says "delivered" even though it's not at its final destination - I would prefer more clear signals as in "delivered at X and now en route to final destination" or something like that.

Have been trying to get a responce re damaged parcel I email every day I get an email responce but nothing else I have a incident number 260213-008125 this has been going on since 13-2-26 you have had my phone number numerous times but nothing happens 07379040588

Parcel stopped by customs.
Unable to contact anyone other than AI feed which is difficult to navigate.
Then have to wait an eternity for response.
So purely in lap of the gods if you have important pallet/parcel.
Then charged double a week later with payment deducted from your account due to charge of unstackable pallet. It was on a standard pallet & was undersize & under weight.
Avoid company company at all costs

I used them to send 2 small parcels abroad, both small boxes under 10kg with nothing else but my clothes inside. Total cost was firstly £26 which changed to £30 for some reason at the checkout. I tried asking a question regarding drop off/collection but all i could do was to speak to an AI assistant which was frankly useless. I am now told, that in order to receive my parcels i have to pay £44 duty charges which wasn't mentioned anywhere, otherwise I wouldn't ve bothered.

Been overcharged as they invoiced me for non existent weight and took money without authorisation for it. Now, I checked the weight which was as on the box put on by manufacture and correct on shippment. Email was no replay one and I knew there is no proof as I have checked it beforehand. Scam.

Absolutely not recommendable. They’re totally rubbish and disgusting. I made a quote with large parcel but to avoid disappointment to the receiving person I had extra 1kg on my quote. A week after delivery Parcelhero took another £3.80 from my account without my consent.

I paid for parcelforce and You sent royal mail instead of parcelforce and the parcel was too big for them to collect.

Did a returns booking via Parcelhero, exact measurements and weight, paid and they collected. Got a message to show evidence the parcels were delivered wet & damaged so merchant charged me a repacking fee to return goods for sale.
Parcelhero gave me the run around in my claim, they also sent me 2 additional invoices for adjustments in fuel surcharges weeks after the booking, weight adjustments and shipping correction fees, after they processed payment on my original card without my consent. They keep card details on file and breaching GDPR Rules. All Reviews are spot on warning about hidden fees, extra unjustified charges and really poor customer services. Stay away from these clowns and book directly with a reputable courier.

Charging me extra for an apparent oversized/over weight charge, when I had overstated the weight to be sure i was under. And then to take money from my account with out any prior warning. Very poor indeed.

Useless & unhelpful to say the least. Plenty of apologies, but no help or refunds. They’re as useful as a chocolate teapot. Pay extra & deal directly with a real courier

Paid for a signature on delivery, and never received!
then they saved my card details without my consent and then charged my card an "additional handling fee" days after the service was originally paid for. even though the package size and weight complied entirely with the service I originally booked and paid for !!!
Illegal, and I will be taking legal action against them.

Very useful service! The website is detailed and easy to use, most questions answered, photos are very helpful. The person picking up the package was professional and helpful and was able to answer my questions. The tracking app was also helpful. I did receive a call asking for more details about the contents; the person I spoke with with courteous and professional. It would have been helpful to have information ahead of time about getting a UK ?resident number to be able to exempt the duties charged, which was not anticipated and stressful. I do not understand why I have to pay duties to send personal belongings that are used and over 10 years old. Package arrived quickly and securely!

Despite paying for shipping online, they hav debited my card a further 2 times, saying it was from the courier, we gave them no right to charge our card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Warning - read the small print very carefully as it gives them permission to debit money from your card post-sale without having to gain permission.
I recently sent a parcel through them from Portugal to the UK.
Firstly the parcel was delayed by a week as Parcelhero hadn’t collected the right information for exporting.
Then when the parcel was delivered I had a follow up telling me they were taking an additional payment from my account as the dimensions I’d booked were less than the courier said they were.
I’d actually over estimated the size of my parcel to avoid this very scenario! For example my item was a print at 45cmx45cmx2cm but the courier claimed the package was 65cmx58cmx18cm wide! Quite frankly I’m baffled. Further the courier offered no evidence to back up their claim and just helped themselves to the extra cash.
Parcelhero actually turned out to be Parcelzero!

collected midday in Cornwall and delivered midday next day in Sussex, no fuss at all - and almost half the price of Shipley's quote! I was very happy with the service. Please note; they don't give a collection window at all, just the day. This was ok with me, but might not be with everyone. Also their chatbot was almost useless and couldn't put me in touch with a human when it got stuck.
