ACHTUNG ! UNBEDINGT Park&Fly meiden.
Wir waren sehr lange Kunde bei P&F. Jetzt wurden uns aber nachweislich Sachen (mobiles Carplay und teuere Sonnenbrille) aus dem Auto GEKLAUT. Das Auto war nicht aufgebrochen, so dass es nahe liegt, dass die Mitarbeiter klauen. Andere Kunden haben sich beschwert, dass mit ihren Autos mehrere Dutzend Kilometer gefahren wurden in Ihrer Abwesenheit. Ausserdem ist der Shuttle-Service unterirdisch. Wartezeiten von bis zu mehr als 30 Minuten. P&F hat übrigens eingesehen, dass in mehrern Autos gestohlen wurde. Sie übernehmen aber keine Verantwortung und sind also nicht versichert. Ich gehe davon aus, wenn mal ein Auto geklaut wird, dann hat man wohl Pech. Also absolut meiden : BETRÜGER !!!

Attention - Never again - Theft

We have handed in our vehicle and left no objects free and visible in the car. We only had a battery air compressor in the trunk. This was stolen. In addition, a towel was used by us, it was really dirty. I asked Park and Fly for clarification. It would be my fault to leave things in the car. However, I wonder what Park and Fly has to do in my trunk? Be careful with park and fly!! Never again.

Used all the fuel in my car, left with dead battery so couldn’t drive to fill up. Offered to lease me a car after they been had been driving my car adding many KMs and leaving with zero fuel. Second time we’ve had an issue when car was driven they denied last year. So took picture of mileage and fuel, still denied it when done again. Awful and cannot be trusted, amazing when you question, everyone suddenly can’t speak English. Do not use.

Park &fly ha cambiado mucho y para peor . Soy asidua desde hace años y tras mi última experiencia , he decidido que ya no lo dejaré más .
Por trabajo voy y vengo el mismo dia desde Madrid o Barcelona y en mi último viaje desde Barcelona a Palma el vuelo duró 30 minutos y la recogida del

Normal es que llegas , recoges el coche y te vas .
El personal que cambia constantemente ! Por algo será !! Sobretodo el de la oficia . Se limitó a decirme que no se había puesto hora de regreso y que si tenía alguna queja que mandara un email , cosa que hice pero aún espero respuesta del director , si a esto le sumo que en alguna ocasión me han rayado el coche .
Mi opinión es que esta empresa ha ido a peor .
Lo que sí quiero señalar es la amabilidad de Esperanza una de las conductora que hace los traslados que es eficaz, amable y la única que mostró empatía ante el problema . Del resto aún estoy esperando alguna disculpa.

lamentable experiencia en park & fly de mallorca, el fin de semana del 30-01 dejé el coche y el domingo al ir a recogerlo, sorpresa, me encuentro el coche lleno de barro por todos lados, como si hubiesen ido a hacer carreras, alfombrillas llenas de barro, llaves del coche con barro, en el interior la puerta de la guantera abierta, la cual deje cerrada y con lo que faltaba de gasoil, debieron realizar unos 50 km por lo que usaron mi vehiculo. Hacedlo mirar, tengo unos cuantos amigos que le ha pasado lo mismo. Imagina que tienen un accidente grave, ¿como lo solucionamos?

didn’t park it inside but i paid for undercover parking, then lied about it, were waiting ages for them to come and get us,,, then driver drove like he wanted us all to die with his phone on his ear. dodge company. do not trust them.

Pésimo servicio
Dejé mi coche por 3 días, al volver en un día llovioso encontré con la ventana del acompañante completamente bajada y el coche empapado y además me robaron parte del combustible
La última vez que se lo dejo, es una vergüenza

He dejado mi vehículo durante 9 días, al recogerlo me lo entregaron lleno de barro como si se hubiesen metido en un barrizal a pasárselo bien, me han rallado el coche con unas ramas y además todas las monedas del cenicero me han desaparecido, la otra vez se dejaron una ventana abierta y llovió, me mojaron el asiento del conductor y me volvieron a quitar las monedas del cenicero y te quejas y nadie se hace responsable, son una panda de incompetentes e impresentables, la última vez que lo dejo allí.

Cuando he llegado a recoger la furgoneta me dicen que es el doble por las medidas cuando llevo dejándola más de 10 años y la ocupación del parking es la misma.

Nie wieder hier parken. Stehen vor verschlossener Türe und keiner geht ans Telefon ..

! absolut nicht empfehlenswert !

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Park and Fly Mallorca. Während unserer Abwesenheit wurden nachweislich ca. 50 km auf unser Fahrzeug gefahren. Dies ist eindeutig belegt – Fotos liegen vor. Eine Nutzung des Autos ohne Zustimmung ist inakzeptabel.

Zusätzlich wurden unsere intakten Scheibenwischblätter gegen defekte ausgetauscht. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern schlicht unseriös und dreist.

Wir haben dem Anbieter unser Fahrzeug im guten Zustand übergeben und es in schlechterem Zustand zurückerhalten. Vertrauen in einen Parkservice ist essenziell – dieses Vertrauen wurde hier massiv missbraucht.

Keine Empfehlung. Wir werden diesen Service definitiv nicht noch einmal nutzen.

Booked through RACV at a reasonable price. When we arrived, we were rushed to get into the transfer vehicle, even though we had hours till our flight. I almost left my hand luggage in the car by being urged to hurry up. On our return we did not wait too long for pickup which was good as very cold. The driver then took us back to the parking location and omg he was not great. Exceeded the speed limits several times and did not drive smoothly using the brakes overzealous. When we got back, he then said I owed another day's parking fee as I was later then my specified pick-up time due to flight delay. I reluctantly paid even though I queried it. On looking at the receipt the amount, they say I paid is actually less the extra fee I paid so wondering if this some sort of scam. I have written to them, but they said I need to ask RACV as I booked with them which is total rubbish as Park and Fly are the ones who charged me another day's parking fee for 2 hours and they are responsible for the bad staff. Do not use this company as there are plenty more parking locations available in the area with much better customer service.

Un domingo de noviembre a las 14hs, una cola impresionante esperando el bus de regreso para recoger el coche y un solo conductor haciendo el trayecto de ida y vuelta. Inaceptable. El personal muy amable, pero escaso.

Mal servicio. Te vienen a buscar en lugar no indicado correctamente. Se equivocan de día y esperamos 30 minutos a que vayan a buscar el coche. No es de fiar. Un cero

¡Ladrones! Dejé mi coche un día y cuando regresé me habían quitado más de 15€ en monedas que tenía en un vasito tapado con un pañuelo usado. Bien rebuscado y buena propina que se autogestionó el empleado que movió mi coche.
Ojo con dejar cosas de valor o dinero en sitios accesibles

Avoid this place – no security, no responsibility

I used this Park & Fly in Paphos from 07/11/2025 (04:40) to 09/11/2025 (08:15) with my Mercedes ML 2014 (NZK542).

When I returned:
• My car was parked in a different spot from where I left it – clearly moved by their staff.
• I found visible damage on the front left bumper (around €300 to repair).
• There were no CCTV cameras, no visible security, no staff on site at the time.
• The area is basically an open field with cones, no proper marked bays, no real controlled access.
• Another car on site was also visibly damaged, with no way for the owner to be informed.

When you read their terms, they accept no responsibility for any damage, theft, fire or incidents, while at the same time claiming the right to move your car whenever they like. In practice this means:

They take your keys, move your car, provide no security, and if anything happens, you are completely on your own.

In my opinion, this is not a professional or trustworthy service and offers no real protection for your vehicle. I would not use them again and I cannot recommend anyone to trust their car there.

Dejé mi coche durante 3 días en agosto y cuando volví lo encontré con múltiples ralladuras en la parachoque derecho. Mandé un email a David Fernández y hasta ahora no he recibido ninguna respuesta. No lo recomiendo, es un caos para dejar y luego recoger el coche. El peor servicio de parking que he usado.
