Park Furnishers レビュー

Neil left us to browse before asking us if we needed any help. Neil was really knowledgeable and helpful with products and fabrics, and very patient whilst we made our choice.
We had spent the day visiting furniture stores in Bristol and this was by far the most positive experience. Thank you Neil.

Neil gave us great advice and information and wasn't a pushy salesman. He left us alone to walk around and try all the sofas and was always on hand as required. Really nice guy.

We were greeted by Neil who was very helpful in finding our purchase. There was no pressure to buy and was made comfortable with browsing before our final decision to purchase. We always find Park Furniture our go to for all our large purchases. We find their range and customer service suits our needs. Thanks again to Neil who made our purchase stress free and explained all cost s and options candied.

We were served by Paul who very attentive to our needs regarding the bed we wanted. He guided through various options and when we decided what we wanted he ensured that we got the bed for what we consider a good price.. We recommend Park Furnishers

We were assisted by Neil in the purchase of sofas
He was very helpful, knowledgeable,he was able to answer everything we threw at him.

It's a pleasure to visit no pushy salesman
Well done, thank you Neil

As before we had great service from Neil in the Bristol store. He was patient while we chose the fabric for our armchair and guided us through what the costs were and delivery information.
Big thank you Neil!

Neil assisted us with the purchase of a sofa and chairs. He was very helpful and professional and made the whole process stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and Neil made us feel very comfortable.
There was no pressure and we experienced excellent customer service. We shall definitely go back to Park Furnishers for their range of products and customer service.
Top marks!!

It is a fact of life that customers return to a store and purchase more goods when they feel respected and valued. Neil, you and your colleagues at Park Furnishers, Eastgate, Bristol are doing a great job.
My wife and I are satisfied customers!

Made a visit to the Eastgate Retail Park hoping to buy a sofa and chairs. We were met by Neil with a warm welcome and smile. During our visit nothing was to much trouble he gave us lots of information on various furniture ideas and made the process very enjoyable. We decided on a 3 seater sofa and 2 recliner chairs. Thank you Neil for the stress free process. 👏

We visited Eastgate Store on 3rd June and met Kieran. He was very friendly and informative, giving very good advice. Chose what we wanted but unfortunately when we arrived home we realised it would not fit in the space, so phoned him and arranged to go back on 6th June and then had look around and chose a different suite. Kieran was again very helpful having to cancel first order and start again. Very happy with the service.

Kieran who looked after us was really friendly, knowledgeable, professional and gave us very good advice. He made the experience of buying furniture really pleasant and non threatening.

We were dealt with knowledgeably and efficiently. Our needs were considered and our questions ajnswered.

Visited the Bristol Eastgate store to look at a sofa we'd seen online and because our mum and dad had bought one from them 20 years ago and it is still as new. Neil from the sales team gave us a warm welcome, showed us the sofa, answered lots of questions and was great. We weren't hurried at all. A good buying experience. Bought a 3 seater and 2 seater powered recliner.

My daughter and I recently went into the Eastgate store to look for a dining room table, bench and two chairs. We were served by Ian who was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. As we couldn’t make up our minds with regard to the chairs we wanted, Ian gladly brought various chairs from around the store for us to try. Both my daughter and I were very impressed by the friendly, helpful service we had from Ian. We would definitely shop there again.

Excellent service from Neil. He was knowledgable and helpful without being over-bearing. Also very patient as I was very indecisive!

I visited the store last week with my daughter to look at beds. We met Neil who showed us the range of mattresses and let me try some out. He chatted with us to find out what we were looking for and I found what we needed and placed the order.

Thank you, Neil, for your excellent service. If we're thinking of making another purchase in the future we'll come straight to you !

We were welcomed into the Eastgate Centre store by Neil who recognised us from a previous purchase 6 years ago. The exact amount of attentiveness from the staff along with an excellent product range really helps the buying process. All questions answered honestly and with a great deal of product knowledge. Cannot recommend Park Furnishers enough for furniture throughout the home.

Ian from the bristol east gate branch was very knowledgeable, polite and welcoming. Ian made our experience alot easier than we thought, he gave us time to talk with a hot drink and all the other staff where friendly too thanks guys we can't wait to have our new sofa 😀

Kieran was great, knowledgable, patient and super helpful
